Plantar fasciitis was ruining my life and now I can stay on my feet all day long! I had tried everything, Burt is my hero.

He explained what was causing the pain and set me up with quality shoes, customized to support my feet and let them heal.

Once I'm finished with the prescribed regimen for healing, I plan to bring all of my shoes to Burt for custom insoles.

They also have a great selection of quality shoes. I grabbed a pair of sandals for my mom (who also has terrible feet) and she loves them.

Burt really helped me today I’ve been in pain for some years now. But the past year it’s been awful I went to the foot doctor and no relief, I was giving up. Ive seen this place on Facebook and had to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! He told me more about my feet issues than the doctor did! Plus he is helping fix the issue long term! As soon as I put on my inserts that are personalized for me I felt like I was walking on pillows literally. These shoes are so amazing and got me some house shoes that he personalized for my feet aswell. I’m so thankful for this place it’s a true game changer!

Pedorthist Burt Humphrey customizes and alters high quality shoes. He can get the most challenging foot into a supportive, comfortable shoe. It may be pricey, but worth it.

My son had to try on six pair of shoes before he found a comfortable shoe for his size 15 / 5e foot. Bert, the owner, was more than patient with him. The customer service we received reminded me of the type of shoe stores my mother used to take me to back in the 60s. The type where a person actually came from behind a desk to measure your feet, and assist you finding a properly fitted piece of footwear. I hope this shoe store will be around for many years to come or passed down to another generation of people that provide the same quality of service to their customers. It was worth the hour drive to get the store.Thanks Bert!

Burt, the certified pedorthist, was very helpful in explaining why my arch hurts, what stretching to do, ice routine and ibuprofen to relieve inflammation. He also let me try on almost every shoe in the store ... he was so helpful and patient.

In combination with my chiropractor appointments and these shoes maybe this will help my cronic leg & feet pain.

This is a wonderful place! Bert is an expert and so knowledgeable. He's kind and patient and never makes you feel rushed.

They are very professional in proper fit and style.A little bit expensive but they only sell the best made shoes and it's well worth it in the long run,you can be assured your feet won't hurt

This place is Amazing! Burt was so kind & patient. He spent so much time with me, even adjusted my orthotics 2 weeks later at no charge. He is also so knowledgeable& informative,he knew exactly what I needed. He put something in my shoe To relieve pain from a callous that’s hurt for years & it finally feels better! Thank you Burt! I recommend this place to anyone that had any kind of foot issue, they will fix you right up!

Wonderful experience, Burt Humphries was very professional and knowledgeable of feet/foot issues. My husband has been suffering with foot pain for over a year. He has been to 3 medical doctors and tried various medications and treatments, no resolve. Burt spent 3 hours with him; measuring, trying different types of shoes, made shoe inserts, while we waited. My husband had instant relief. He purchased 3 pairs of shoes.

I ended up in the emergency room a few days ago with a terrible case of Plantar Fasciitis. My dad told me about this place, and let me tell you. Mr. Burt will fix you right up! Spent over an hour with me fitting my feet to the correct size in width (which I never really knew was so important). And even recommended some Brikinstocks for house shoes. Needless to say I was walking better when I left. 10/10 would recommend to anyone having foot problems or just in need some of great supportive shoes!! Thanks for all your help!!

Wow! Burt is amazing! Very knowledgeable and educated me brilliantly about my plantar fasciitis. I left with new shoes and inserts made just for me and right there for a great price. What a blessing!

I have been around and around with plantar fasciitis, doctors...online...friends etc. My last try before getting an injection was here. I scheduled an appt the timing went well. They spent a lot of time with me...gave me handouts and shoe recommendations. I didn't want to get a steroid injection. I purchased the shoes and the insoles (not cheap) but worth it. And here it is 12 weeks later and my feet have completely healed and no need for injections or medications. I am very appreciative.

Monroe shoe so much more than a shoe store! Have been suffering with planter fascitis and could not find relief. Owner educated me on cause and brought me relief when no one else could. Had to order the right shoes but they came in quickly and have me walking without pain for the first time in months! Highly recommend!!

I would give this store 12 stars if I could. Well, '12 extra wide' stars if I could. Huh? Huh? -like a shoe size? -but seriously- This place is very professional. I've thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail. I've hiked several of the Caminos in Spain. -and Doctor Burt was able to repair the damage that I had caused myself with these adventures...and he was able to take away the pain. I can't recommend him enough.
