I had a filling fall out on NYE! I'm new to the area and terrified to find the wrong doctor. I called around a bit and CDA was able to get me in 2 days and got me started on the way to getting a crown. Both the assistant and Doctor treated me with great respect and gave great explanations about what to expect, including being cautious with prices. Great experience 100%.

Best dental experience I've ever had. Listens to patients and works to help adapt to unique circumstances.
Edit to add: I've been a patient of Chatham Dental Arts for a few years now. To say I couldn't be happier would be a severe understatement. Under their care I have actually come to look forward to my visits! Everyone there is wonderful and getting work done is now often the highlight of my week!

My family and i have been going to Chatham Dental Arts for about a year for cleaning and treatments, too. Apart from the fact, that the doctor and nurses are very professional and detail-oriented, they are also very nice and thoughtful! I haven't been faced with severe dental problems so i can't judge there, but from my experience it's been great so far!

Pleasant office. Always prompt service (5 years of routine semi-annual visits and 2 crowns). I guessed that if Dr. Karen was a teacher at the UNC Dental school, she must be knowledgeable, and I was right, but she handles people skillfully too.

Excellent experience from the moment I walked into the door. Incredibly helpful front end folks, my hygienist was exceptional and Dr. Karen was thorough and friendly. Definitely found my new dentist office.

Amazing people to meet as a first time patient. The details were a priority to them, I never felt rushed and they listened to me. Sandra took the time to review my care plan and her experience shined throughout my appointment, and Dr. Tiwana explained the process and was thoughtful explaining next steps. I know my mouth is in great hands!

Dr. Tiwana has been my primary dentist for over a year. I have never felt more relaxed in any other dental setting. I hope she never includes TV. My partner finally changed over to her practice. He is cautious of dentists and payments. He is also glad to be in a soothing environment. Please keep it pleasant without television, loud talking and distasteful music.

I'm 52 and can unequivocally proclaim that Dr. Tiwana and the entire staff at Chatham Dental Arts are the finest dental team I have ever visited. I had loathed going to the dentist since having several bad experiences as a child and had let that deter me from regular visits later in life. Big mistake, obviously. After consulting my physician and taking his recommendation, I have had several visits with Dr.Tiwana and regardless of the fairly extensive work that I required, I actually look forward to going to the dentist now. They are incredibly nice people and have put me at ease when over a lifetime, no one else could. I can't say enough good things about them. I'm going later today for a crown and I am not concerned or nervous... that's the difference they have made. Thank you Dr. Tiwana, Tracy, Jessica & Angie, you guys are the best!

Great experience! Dr. Karen is so nice and knowledgeable. She takes the time to listen and is very personable. Everyone in her office is top rate! If you are looking for a new dentist check this office out.

Awesome reception. I was traveling through the area and broke a tooth on a weekend. Left messages at 2 dentists for help. Received a call from Dental Arts on Sunday evening to schedule on Monday or Tuesday. Fortunately it was a quick repair. No wait. Ready for me. Out in less than an hour. Along the way I was asked about myself, background, travels, career. Plus received advice of caring for my teeth. Felt welcomed and found a trustworthy practice

AND— Never heard from the other dentist.

We just moved here and our whole family had a great experience at the dentist. I do not like when a hygienist scrapes a bit and calls it a day. Not here! They did a very thorough and deep cleaning and my teeth feel great. Even our daughter who normally hates to get her teeth cleaned came out feeling good about it (except for the fluoride haha). Office staff were very helpful, they have the latest patient portals and such and the cool location in the woods is relaxing. And this isn't just the rose-colored glasses! (they give you fun pink glasses to wear during the cleaning).

Saying cheese! I normally dread going to the dentist, getting uptight enough that I really should consider medication or gas. But now I look forward to going here. Super kind and interested staff. Love my technician. Great results with minimal stress or discomfort. And the best part? I could actually see the difference after the cleaning...headed home with a better smile.

Dr. Karen and her staff are so kind. They are understanding when you're feeling anxious about dental work and explain each step they take so you know what's going on. Leslie is very sweet and helpful and has a kind smile when you walk through the door. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Karen.

From the moment I first enter Dr Tiwana's office, I feel at home and cared for. She and her entire staff are some of the friendliest and most professional people I've ever encountered in my years of going to the dentist. I truly appreciate the time they take to connect with me and see to my individualized needs. I never plan on seeing anyone else for my dental care unless I end up moving away!

Had a cavity repaired Tuesday with no numbing. Quick and painless and even better my appointment was on time and I was out of Dr. Karen’s office in 30 minutes. Good experience for a first time client of this dentist. Highly recommend this Pittsboro dental team.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Karen and her team yesterday, 10/22/19, and everyone there is so nice and welcoming. They made me feel like they had known me forever and I love that. I originally came in for a broken crown but I was also looking for a "forever" dentist and it's like Dr. Karen read my mind and had her assistant, Naomi, ask me if I just wanted my crown fixed or if I'd like a full check up and a "forever dentist", of course I said heck yeah that'd be great!! After doing all my X-Rays Dr. Karen studied them to really know what was going on and see what all I needed, and that I really appreciated because it shows just how much she cared about her patients. After checking every tooth in detail and she made a game plan for what needed to be fixed firsted and in what order, she also gave me prescription tooth paste since I am on well water. I will definitely be recommending Dr. Keren and her team to everyone I know. I could of stayed there all day with them and been fine because of how great they are. Naomi made me feel like we'd been friends forever while she did all my X-Rays. I promise if you got to Chatham Dental Arts you will not regret it and it will be the best decision you make for your teeth and overall oral health.

Excellent service. I was petrified to get 2 teeth pulled and the staff was so kind and reassuring and Dr Karen was compassionate and so understanding. The procedures was basically painless. I absolutely loved my experience and would recommend them with the utmost confidence.

I have dreaded going to the dentist as long as I can remember. Dr. Karen and her staff make going to the dentist a much less anxious experience. I am very comfortable with my appointments both with dental work and cleanings. I highly recommend this practice.
