Fast and friendly service depending on the pharmacist. The girls in the front are always great! There is only one pharmacist that will not do anything extra, or accommodate you in any way. I choose to give the business 4 stars because I've never had an issue before her. She has to be fairly new. No need for the other members of their team to loose their shine because of one bad apple. Still love this pharmacy, wouldn't change unless my job travels, they accommodate and transfer my meds because they know I'll be back When my assignment is over. ( they accommodate my work life well)

I left this pharmacy some years ago because I wasn't having a good experience there. I therefore review them accordingly. I am changing my review after coming back to them and I can't tell you what a difference there is at Cape fear discount drug on Ramsey Street now. The staff there are wonderful they take great care of me when I have been in great distress Abby took the time out of her day to make me a priority. I can't tell you how much this means to me. If you were looking for a pharmacy or are tired of the experience you're having at your current pharmacy please give them an opportunity to show you how much they care 🥰

I have been having issues with trying to locate a specific RX to get filled …. There is a NATIONWIDE SHORTAGE on this particular RX. I have been a patient with Cape Fear Discount …. My home store basically advised me to call my MD and see if there’s another medication I can use until my medication is back in stock…. SMH… I call this pharmacy - and KEVIN took charge !!!! He let me know the status of the medication …. Put me on hold less than a minute… and came back to tell me he would text me when they were ready!!!!!!!!! I have called OVER 42 PHARMACIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am now going to switch my “home store”…. KEVIN IS A KEEPER!!!!!!!! Did I mention I have been out of my medication for 7 days????????? Every day calling 10-15 pharmacies to check on statuses!!!!! KEVIN - u r my God-send!!!!

I read some of the negative reviews left by previous customers and I honestly can't believe it. I absolutely adore Cape Fear Discount Drugs. I started using the one on Raeford Rd, but due to the distant from my job, I had to switch to one of the local chain pharmacies....HATED IT!
Everything was always delayed and incorrect. So I had all my scripts transferred to CFDD North and cannot be more pleased with the exceptional service I receive.
Everytime I go here, I always have a pleasant experience. The front staff is amazing and so helpful!!! I remember a time when I didn't have health coverage and could not afford one of my prescriptions. One of the ladies searched and tried every discount pharmacy card to make sure I would get my medicine at the lowest cost possible.
So for the ones that had a bad experience, I urge you to try them again. They probably was having a bad day and it showed in their work. I wouldn't cancel them off altogether.
I've used alot of pharmacies around Fayetteville and their service comes nowhere close to the level of service received from Cape Fear Discount Drugs. I am definitely a customer for life.

You walk in and your greeted with a friendly smile, then the manager took time to also greet me with a friendly "hello." I can honestly say I have never experienced this from "no other pharmacy chain." They also hire a lot of veterans which is yet another exemplary service. I would say it took less than "5 mins" to be seen.

My husband and I are both veterans and I was driving to Ft. Bragg to get my medications. My husband had been getting his medication at Cape Fear Discount Drugs North so I decided I will give it a try Audry is a beautiful young lady always kind and polite. We thought it couldn't get any nicer than her they brought in a bubbly Abbey she's the sweetest person I know. We hadn't been in to pick up our prescriptions in a while she called to make sure we were okay. Cape Fear Discount Drugs North is not just a business it's family. My wife’s prescription had a recall on it and she was running low. No other pharmacy could fill it (CVS, Walgreens) I went to them, Cape Fear, and from the start they were polite, caring and took care of my wife. Very friendly and professional staff. We will be back, thank you! Great job.

The best pharmacy experience. I switched from Walgreens to Cape Fear because it seemed like the customer service in the pharmacy at Walgreens was going downhill. Cape Fear is more knowledgeable and great customer service everytime.

The ladies at this facility are always very nice and do not judge people. There is a 15 minute wait for your prescriptions which is very fast and most of the time, it is less than that. Very wonderful facility and employees.
