Hill Creek Veterinary Hospital

I am indebted to Dr. Lydia, Dr. Bonnie, and Dr. Cindy for the care they have given our 2 dogs. Luna collapsed last week and was unable to stand or walk. Cindy made room in her busy schedule to see her. She properly diagnosed Luna in the waiting room before she even went to the exam room. Luna had vestibular syndrome and now completely recovered. A few years ago Cindy saved Luna´s life after Dr-Bonny immediately saw that she had pyometra. Dr. Lydia helped Luna after she presented with a swollen paw. and has helped both our dogs with suggestions for natural and Chinese remedies and diet improvement. I highly recommend Hill Creek.

On Monday, June 12, we took my son's and our precious American Bully to Hill Creek Vet to have him put to a much needed rest. Dr. Bonnie and the tech, I'm sorry I can't remember her name, were absolutely wonderful, kind, and loving with our dog Josie and us. I would tell anyone wanting smart,caring vets with a staff that is just as caring and kind that Hill Creek Vet. Hospital is where they need to take their pets. Believe me, we drove almost 2 hours to get there.. Thank you sooooo much Dr Bonnie and your assistant.

I love Hill Creek Vet. They are amazing and love my fur babies as if they were their own. I feel like family when I bring my babies for a visit. I have always received knowledgeable and caring service.

Absolutely brilliant staff and faculty. We just switched to Hill Creek because they're much closer to us than our previous vet (we live out in the middle of nowhere) and could not be happier with the attention to detail, care, and expertise on display. Hill Creek staff were friendly and helpful when scheduling out appointment over the phone; and when we arrived the veterinarians and office staff were super helpful with out questions/concerns and respectful of my dog and I. We will be going back to them for years to come.

Love Hill Creek Vet...Dr. Cindy is wonderful! She save my black cat, Moonpie, from a deadly disease. The staff is great too! I especially love Lexi, she has come by my home to help with Moonpies treatments many times, she is so sweet... They are all so kind and compassionate..

We love Hill Creek! Dr. Lydia has spent a great amount of time making sure our poodle puppy is healthy and happy. Our puppy was sick one weekend and she took great care of her. Also called Monday to check on our pup. Dr. Jones has answered all our questions regarding surgery and the best plan of care for our pup. We are so happy we found such a wonderful vet and care team!

The staff at Hill Creek is absolutely the best. They know our dogs personally and I truly believe they love our dogs as much as we do. We are definitely clients for life!! Dr. Cindy truly saved our Abby's life and she calls regularly just to check in on her. Not many busy vets would show the love and attention that Abby has gotten from her. She is the BEST!!

Our American Bulldog had a large lump appear on her leg suddenly. Like...out of the blue. We took her to another vet who told us they thought it was cancer but couldn't tell me for sure until the lab results came back. After about a week of being told "maybe tomorrow" we decided to go for a second opinion. Which is how we found Dr. Cindy.

Dr. Cindy and the entire staff bent over backwards to see us quicky and help us get answers. Within days, we had an appointment at NCSU and, finally, answers! Through the entire process, Hill Creek was there with compassionate and prompt answers or help. It was 100% obvious they truly cared.

Our girl, unfortunately, had to be sent across the bridge less than 2 months from initial lump discovery. Hill Creek and Dr. Cindy were there again, and made the experience absolutely perfect, our big goofy girl was happy until the very end and their words of support and encouragement meant more to us than they probably realized, in a situation we were still in shock by. Who could ask for more?

I don't know how we haven't been clients of Hill Creek before but we will not go anywhere else now.

Rarely do I write reviews. However, my experience with Hill Creek has been absolutely wonderful and warrants my wholehearted recommendation. I have worked with Dr. Lydia and her staff, specifically Jennifer and Brook, over the past ten years and found them very knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. If you are new to the area, or looking for a new vet, you owe it to yourself to visit Hill Creek Veterinary Hospital. You will not be disappointed as they care for your pet as though it was their own.

Great staff & team. My naughty pup is in great hands!

I take my English Bulldog here. Great place for regular checkups. The staff are very friendly and the Veterinarian is very knowledgeable. My dog recently had both ears infected and the Vet took care of it no problem. Price was better than I expected after dealing with Banfield and another local Vet I had used in the past while living in Raleigh.

Masked curbside pickup and return, Dr Bonnie talked with us and explained test results and treatment.

I have been taking pets to Hill Creek for 11 years. I have always been very pleased with the care my animals have been given. All of my pets have some sort special care needs, and the vets and techs have been very accommodating and helpful. They were extremely kind and sympathetic when one of my cats died. I'm staying with Hill Creek Vets!

We've been taking our cats to Hill Creek Vets for several years since we moved here to Pittsboro. We've found all the Veterinarians, their assistants and staff to be very helpful and extremely competent . Having a Veterinary service like Hill Creek that we feel completely confident in, is immeasurable. We highly recommend them.

Excellent, compassionate care. All of the veterinarians and staff are very knowledgeable, kind, go the proverbial extra mile for your pretty. My dogs have been going there for years, and will continue to do so

We had such an amazing experience! The staff is wonderful. They took such great care of our kitten. They even called us two times to check on her. I would recommend this Veterinary Hospital to everyone.

I am a breeder and go to the vet's for dogs and puppies at least twice monthly. When we moved to NC, I tried out five different vet practices, and finally found what I needed at Hillcreek. Dr Cindy Jones knows reproductive matters, surgery, and everything else. My only wish is that Dr Cindy worked seven days a week!!!

The staff here is really kind and obviously care a lot about animals. They've done a great job taking care of both our cat and dog, and are reasonable to deal with (like calling in to get certain types of preventatives, ie: tick pills, etc.)
