Recently encountered Donna, an agent from Straight Up Realty when we became interested in her listed property at 5875 Big Woods Rd. Long story short, it is obvious that she mislead her client in the value of the property after inspection reports, analysis and estimates of multiple general contractors for the EXTENSIVE amount of work required for the severely neglected home. Donna was extremely hard to contact from the beginning, and was continually unavailable or unresponsive throughout the negotiation proceeds. In the end she actually had her client submit the contract cancellation.
At the end of the day I understand it’s the sellers choice to sell and to whom they wish to sell their home, but Donna was not an asset to this situation.
