Costco Wholesale

Staff are not friendly and they don't want to be fair with you. I got a Mikasa set and found a broken bow! inside. I went to the store the next day, they told me since they don't have any sets in the store at that moment, I can't get any replacement and I have to go to Costco in Frederick, which is more than 30min drive away, to return the whole set and get a new set. How am I supposed to fit everything back to the box and safely transport them to Frederick? I've been shopping at Costco for more than 4 years and I always loved it. I'm very disappointed at the staff at this location.................................................................................................................................................................

Costco has always been a favourite place- it’s an emotion. This is another Costco, well- no this location DOES NOT HAVE GASOLINE! Otherwise, it’s super organised and well stocked store. You will find find good stuff in Costco in cheap price. Nobody can beat the price of Costco.

Very busy, as usual for this Costco. The lines go very fast. I was dropping off my elderly passenger close to the entrance. Before we could get the car door open, a greeter appeared with a cart and a smile!

Kevin Kelly in the Tire Center is a joy to work with. The other night when they were extracting 2 nails from my tires, I watched all of the customers leave with smiles on their faces after interacting with him. Note: We are not related, but I wish we were!

As with all Costcos, great selection of items at affordable prices and despite the amount of traffic in the store, they get you checked out quickly.

I have been to a few other Costcos, including a few in Ohio where we moved from, and one in Northern VA. This is nothing against this Costco store itself or the employees, but one thing I noticed here is that it is noticeably more crowded and shoppers will randomly leave their carts in narrow lanes at diagonal angles. If I need to leave my cart to pick up a few items in a crowded area, I will make sure to leave my cart in a less crowded area and in a straight direction so people will be able to get around me. It seems like every time I come here, I experience numerous times where someone blocks traffic completely or creates a small bottleneck with their parked cart.

For example in the snack section there is enough for 2 lanes of carts to get through. Despite this, someone will park their cart diagonally so literally no one can get through until they come back. As with all grocery stores that are super busy, you will see oblivious people doing this from time to time, but I feel like it happens especially frequently here. I wish something could be done about this.

A complete one store for your living. The complete wholesale store. What not you get here. Such a big crowded wholesale store. I love the products they have which always have some discount. And the quality is also very good. Very big parking space and over the weekends you hardly get any space. Thanksgiving is just over and still they have some deals open. Christmas is coming and they are having a bunch of deals for Christmas trees , lights and ornaments. Always love to shop in Costco.

A very good WALKING SPACE too during winter 😂😂😂😜😜😜😜 Do miles of walking inside and start your shopping to add the weight you lost 😁😁😁

My experience was great! Ordered a ton of pies through the bakery. When I went to pick up the pies, they were all accounted for. General manager, Kerry was great. He helped wheel the pies out to my car. Huge help!

Best and quality items available in this place. All bakery items are very good and give long life. Just love the fruits and berries they keep. All are top one quality.

Coming to membership better to buy gold for 120$ , worth it.

At last, I just like to have their smoothies. I like both vanilla and strawberry flavours.
They are not giving any big offers currently.

Man do we love Costco day! And even though they were slammed with customers all of the associates were kind and able to help wherever needed. My daughter loves the samples and today we opted for the Ghirardelli minis which were absolutely a treat . Checkout was so fast I didn't even realize I was done. Thank you!

The customers here leave their manners at the door when they come in. The staff is pretty great though, as I've only had a few issues with staff thus far after several years. Love the great deals.

Wish this location had gas stations. Other than that it's a perfect place to visit from McLean. No grocery taxes in MD!

won yu helped me find a jacket in the clothing section and was a great help. we couldn't find the size i wanted and she went out of her way to find it for me. she was very kind and patient.

Little crowded but everything I needed. Normal and orderly. Checkout was just as fast as usual.

We love it here and we shop two or three times a month for food, clothes, gardening, flowers, etc.

This place can get crowded and the parking lot is not one of the larger ones for a Costco but the staff and services are top notch. There is now a free nitrogen tire filling station and has shaded parking in the garage so that helps a lot.

I like Costco for whole sale , this particular location offers also an underground parking . As your usual Costco would there are a lot of sampling at most of the aisle. It gets very packed on Saturdaes. Some customers need some driving cart lesson!😁 Always make sure you go with your membership card as its very enforced! They also have small spot for hot dogs and pizza's 🍕

Play your cards right, the samples can be a nice light lunch

Parking can be a negative but still like the price of gas and other items we buy here.
