Firehouse Subs Tiffany Springs

Great, as always. I ordered a large meatball sub, and my daughter chose a large Italian. We shared half and half. Perfection

This was my first visit and I went because of the "name of the day" deal. The guy at the register (I'm so sorry I didn't get his name!) was excellent, very friendly and helpful, welcomed me to my "new addiction!* Lol. He pointed out their new and exclusive drink options and asked what I chose when I came back to the counter to get my sandwich. He was enthusiastic about my "recipe" and made it a fun experience. The sandwich was very good, but the service made it exceptional.

I did not realize (until after I left) they closed at 9pm when I walked in at 8:45pm, and everyone was still so nice :,) Gerald, the manager working that shift, was especially a sweetheart! They ran out of pickles so he subbed a cookie instead when he didn't have to :,)

The staff at this location is amazing. There’s a woman that greeted everyone both times I’ve dined there (manager I believe). Very energetic and positive. You can tell she really appreciates all of the customers and loves what she does.

Love coming here for a quick bite. Convenient location, great customer service .. I’ll definitely come back here.

Ordered two sandwiches for take-out and they were great! They were prepared just how they were ordered and we were able to pick-up the order easily. I hope to eat here more frequently because of the variety of sandwiches and customization options they offer.

The three people working behind the counter were awesome and delightful! Had not been to here in a bit. Will definitely be back sooner than later.

Great hot subs, fresh as it gets. The soup is real good. One time out of many did they mess up a sandwich. The manager was shaking her head. Gave me a coupon for next time. And remade the sandwich. This is why I check the bags always.

The staff did a great job in a busy afternoon. There were only 3 employees making sandwiches for quite a few people and I'm sure there were online orders flying in just as fast as the were coming over the counter. Do not hesitate to stop by this store. Thank You.

The staff were surprisingly friendly, and they actually have gluten free options! The people that work at a place like this make or break how good it is and how fast/accurate your food is.

Honestly it is amazing how much a simple apology when it’s not even their fault is making an impression on me. I showed up 5 minutes early for my to go order and the young lady who brought the food over apologized for them taking so long and that I had to wait. I arrived early. There was no apology needed but THAT IS WITHOUT A DOUBT the definition of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Please continue teaching these kids kindness and we will have a much better world to live in.

First!!! And the most important thing is the people here are really nice, they are friendly and polite. Always say “welcome to firehouse” I get that I they are trained to do it but so many places just don’t bother.

Friendly atmosphere that makes you want to come back, great service makes food taste better!!!

And the food is great, always made well and they never mess up my order. (I always dine in). The place is clean most of the time but never is it dirty.

I always enjoy coming here and will be back over and over!
