Tiara was very pleasant. She wakked me through all the steps with great patience. Also, Henry is the best teller ever. He always has a nice smile.

I have been a customer at Main Street Credit Union for two years and two months. I am 43 years of age and have banked at a couple different institutions prior to Main Street Credit Union. One of the things that is most unique about my experience is Main Street Credit Union is personable. I have not been with any bank prior that I felt knew who I was. At other banking institutions I felt as if I was another account number.
At Main Street Credit Union, I'm a person and it's a much more personable experience with Main Street Credit Union!

The customer service I received from the 3 ladies that helped me out today was amazing. I'm not gonna drop names because I don't like to share good people. OK, I'll give you the name of one Kathy was my favorite 🤫! Just a very comfortable environment a one customer service. I couldn't stay away I'd left and come back just so I could have a couple more laughs with the ladies!!!!!! I hate that Google only let you give them 5 stars I will give them 15 apiece

I have been a customer here for more than 20 years and it has always been a great experience. Other than the fact that they keep changing the website, and not always for the better, I have never had a single complaint. I've had quite a few loans over the years and the ease of applying and speed things got done has been far better than any of the other banking institutions I have dealt with. On the phone, messaging, or at a branch location, the associates have always been pleasant and helpful. With their credit union partnering program I have always had access to my accounts through sister branches and ATMs, even when temporarily living in California. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Outstanding!! Less than 2 minutes and my deposit was made and I was on my way back home. SUPER FRIENDLY teller. All in all made my Friday GREAT!!

Mainstreet Credit Union, what can I say about the wonderful customer service I received. Started with the Teller's they were just wonderful, made me feel so good and very comfortable about serving. Just the kind of place that everybody knows your name. I've had accounts, mortgages, auto loans etc. through mcu and always received great rates and great service. I don't frequent the branch near my house very often but am always pleased when greeted by my name when I do. Keep up the great work Mary and crew!

The new Mainstreet branch up North is very welcoming and spacious, with a good size waiting area. The staff we're excited and happy to assist when I walked up to the counter. No complaints or issues.

Interest rates on Home Equity Loans or other types are the lowest in Kansas City. They really work with you to secure your financial priorities and great to do business with. Highly Recommend!
