I just want to brag on the staff, morning and and evening. I am a teacher that comes to work on my National Board Certification portfolios and I am so thankful for the kind staff that generously refill my water bottle, watch my materials when I run out to get a computer charger and provide warmth and smiles as I tackle a huge project.

I had a lot of fun reconnecting with a friend and I go here on my birthday and to have fun. Good drinks. Non dairy options. Nice service and atmosphere but I love the drinks the most! An exemplary Starbucks location!

We’ve placed several orders from here as it’s and easy on/off the freeway. The inside looks super comfy. Drinks were made perfectly.

Starbucks always has great coffee and food items. It is very relaxing to sit and enjoy coffee while surfing the web

Love, love, love Starbucks! Service is always good the coffee even better. The wait wasn't to bad either.

Whoever is the young woman at this time. 11:20 who is working the drive-thru window, her level of customer service are engaging. Personality is just exceptional!!

This is one of the newer Starbucks and the interior design is impressive! Service is great and the parking lot is actually designed well! Would highly recommend as a pit stop or a location to work from.

This is a great Starbucks location. I like getting the Double Chocolatey Chip Frappuccino. The staff is friendly, the wait times are short, and the location is convenient.

Just left...won't bore you with the story, however they were having a card only payment morning. In the interest of not making me return to my car for my cash, the precious young man gifted me my coffee. I will always give this store my business!!! A beautiful forgotten sign of good business and good manors!!! Cheers and thanks!!!

Staff is always very friendly and the personalities are top notch! This location is always busy during peak hours but that never stops them from providing fast and friendly service.

I love Starbucks of Morganton. The staff are so sweet and welcoming. They do their best to get the orders out accurately and quickly. I never have any issues out of this location. It's my favorite place to get coffee from because I can guarantee my order will be amazing. 😁

This location had a bout of tech issues and have handled it with such positivity and efficiency as they found ways to make-it-work for customers. Dynamite staff…Starbucks is very lucky to have them.

Now that their old manager is gone, they finally have a grasp of things! Their hours are getting a lot better (now open till 5pm I believe) and their quality of service/workers is great. If you've had problems in the past few months with this Starbucks, please give it another chance! Their Caramel Ribbon Crunch is to die for :)) definitely one of the better Starbucks around

We stopped by the drive thru on the way back from TN and I left compelled to brag on Blake. I've been going to Starbucks for a long time but have never seen the positive energy and smiles shine through as bright as they did today at this location. What a great experience! Go see Blake!

While my coffee was very good, the customer service was exceptional. I live about an hour and a half from this location and stopped in on my drive to Winston-Salem on 9/18/2021. I locked my keys and cell phone in my car, and the staff went above and beyond to help me locate and contact a locksmith. Thank you especially to Annie and her shift manager (can’t remember her name, so sorry!). They were very busy and could have easily told me sorry and good luck. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness!

I personally believe these people are trying their absolute hardest to get this store up and running. Every drink quality is top notch. They treat you amazing when you come through during the times they are open. I’ve heard plenty of restaurants/food/drink places having extremely low staffing. At least they are willing to cut down hours and not make their workers be miserable working 9+ hours a day when all y’all know good and well we’d SWAMP this place out if their lobby and regular hours were normal… so give them some slake👌

Very welcoming. The staff is very kind and understanding, just gotta be patient for them, most of them are very young. I feel bad they get so overwhelmed but shocked they can still handle it all.

Regardless the place feels very welcoming. I like hanging here with friends or to do classwork.

Also this worker named Savannah was just so sweet I absolutely loved her.

Service was quick & friendly. My Frappe was delicious and the dining area was comfy & inviting. I even found a place to plug in my laptop! Definitely will go back soon!

Quick service. Cookie was warm. Frapp was a little off, more cookies and cream than coffee. Pineapple tea sadly was awful to me. Very bitter. Definitely sticking with that strawberry.
