Wendy's

Fisrtof all, Amy was incredible. Very patient with our order and exceptional with a frosty fiasco. The florra were sticky in some places, the tables were ok. I got a daves tripple, large berry frosty (which rated like blackberry ice-cream... Very good if you ask me which are because you are reading this) and a lar ft e fry. All of it was great and the frosty was surprisingly thick.

Haven't ate Wendy's lately cause it just tasted like microwave food but this place was off the hook the other night. It was ridiculously awesome, so thank you girls for the fresh food.

As we pulled into the Wendy's drive-through, a strange feeling came over us. We pulled up to the first speaker, and that's when we heard his voice for the first time. At first feeling uneasy with the man behind us, we were quickly relaxed. We instantly felt a connection with the speaker. As we quickly shot out each of our orders, he put them in the system flawlessly, keeping up with ease. We pulled forward to the window. when the window came open, I saw the employee of my dreams. His flirtatious eyes, and tropical necklace invited us in. I could feel his good vibes resonating through his slight smirk. He welcomed us, handing us our drinks in exchange for a credit card. He disappeared into the depths of the restruant, leaving us awe-struck. We excitedly awaited his return with the rest of the food. He would leave and come back multiple times, as if singlehandedly operating the restruant all alone. Even then, he still made it look easy and effortless. When he handed us our food, we were delighted. He smiled, and all worries we had were eased. As we peeled out of the Wendy's, we were joyous. The raw experience of the Wendy's drive through made it worth it. The food was delicious, as if crafted by a god, with addicting chicken nuggets and scrumptious french fries. As we finished, we discussed turning around and going back, as the experience was just amazing, and we hoped to see the dreamy employee again. But alas, distance is what makes the heart grows fonder. 10/10 the best Wendy's I've ever been to.

Drive thru. Folks were busy but still so friendly, eye contact and genuine smiles.

Can't say anything about the inside. Brian, who took my order, was very cordial. I was given creamers for my coffee, but I do wish I'd been given napkins and a stirstik for my coffee!

Nicest customer service and great burger !

Awesome service by Louis and the younger woman running the register. We tried 4 different places before here and they were the only ones open and treated my wife and I great! Food was hot and the order was correct on the first attempt. Great job ladies!

Good Food,Friendly People,Clean Restaurant

Went threw drive threw and they made a few mistakes. I call them when i got home and noticed the miatakes. I gave them the ticket number and gave them my name. They saud come in anytime and we will make it right. So 2 days later i went back with my ticket and they absolutely made it right and it was free. Great customer service.

Tried breakfast here for the first time. It was different than the usual fast food breakfast! Price was ok. The food seemed fresh and tasteful good. Not a fan of the swiss cheese "sauce", but that is just personal preference.

I come here at night ALL the time, sometimes in the daytime of course, but regardless the time I come to this Wendy's they are always so friendly. I've also never found myself getting my order wrong (hope I don't jinx it, haha!) which really impresses me. With covid going on they are understaffed, there's only 2-3 people working at night but they're still somehow super quick with the orders! I don't know who works the night shifts drive thru now but he's so good at his job and I hope he never loses it because as long as I'm in Morganton this Wendy's will always have my business. This Wendy's has made me appreciate how important each worker anywhere is, thank you guys for such amazing service! ❤

That makes the BEST VISIT I'VE HAD WITH WENDY'S my food was so fresh and just made and when I was at the drive-thru order speaker the lady working had told me they were real low on workers for that day and I told her no worries take their time and this makes the best Wendy's visit I have ever had I have to say THANK YOU to those three people working that day they done GREAT..... October 31, 2021 was such a great visit to THIS WENDY'S... GREAT JOB TO YOU 3 WORKER'S ON THAT DAY !!!

Wait can be a little long at times but they're short staffed like everyone else. Food has always been good.

Fast service & super friendly staff. We have two Wendy's located in Morganton NC & I prefer this one because they always get my order accurate and the food quality is always good.

Although it's been completed a while, we've not seen the new decorum updates at the 18S store location. The added ambiance was quite nice. I also noticed that their clientel has shifted. Good job Wendy's!

Salad was great. Service is very slow. Need to open second window! Both Wendy's in Morganton, NC needs to open second window during busy times like lunch and supper. Could double their business. Wait time can be as long as 20 minutes!! What's the purpose of drive-through if you have to wait 20-30 minutes????
