Creme de la creme... til you run into your ex MIL in the shoes and beeline it to dresses on the escalator...First time I've ever ran up a Flippin escalator in my Flippin life. Love Dillard's, though! Found a beautiful Donna Karen dress upstairs, and Miss Kendryl was phenomenal in her service for my sister & myself. 💜💜

Most of the staff was great except the men's shoe section. I was in for a tie clip and wandered into this section because there were 2 employees just standing there. When I was checking out he said "is someone else in the other section" Felt like I was harassing him. Just wanted to pay. I was checking out the Flag shoes but Son also wanted to buy swim trunks but they didn't ring up so he sent us elsewhere. We were in the men's cremieux section and the gal over there was friendly and helpful. We then went upstairs where my wife was shopping near the Calvin Klein section. The gal at the register was awesome and helpful. In fact almost every employee asked us how our day was going. The store was clean and well maintained. If I lived in this area, I would come here all the time. We also bought a necklace in the jewelry section. Again the staff was helpful and friendly.

Ms. Ruby Dean , in the lingerie department makes a dreaded shopping trip turn into some sort of miracle. She is amazing!

Very extravagant store. If you're looking for nice clothes, home items, or many varieties of cologne and perfume, or cosmetic items, then this is the place for you! The staff are always very helpful and very polite.

Great Service from an employee named Max. We needed a certain item and he told us right where to go in the store to get it. Did I mention he was off that day also! Excellent job!!!

I absolutely love shopping for bras at Dilliards ...they sell Wacoal bras which are my favorites.. There is a good selection and good prices .. On my last visit I caught a sale which was really great. Friendly knowledgeable efficient service and a quality product makes for a happy customer!!

Keisha in the Dior section is amazing! Very helpful, kind, and sweet personality! Found my amazing new perfume 😍 The new Dior Cherie. Smells heavenly! Sonia was also amazing and so friendly! Highly recommend!

Nice selection of Men's cologne

Our sales girl, Sydney, in purses, was super nice and helpful. She was the first person to speak to us, even though we'd already been through several departments before hers. The only other people who even noticed us only spoke to us when they saw us making mischief (um yeah, sampling them is mischievous)with the perfume samples. Felt mostly like a reprimand rather than a true, "May I help you?" moment. I wish I could remember the name of the man in men's underwear who came up to us as we breezed through his department on the way to the exit. He was very nice and chatty, definitely focused on making a sale. I can deal with that kind of professional focus. He was nice and funny, and, if I'd gotten the thumbs up from the bf, he'd have gotten my money, too.

Amazing help from the Men’s Suit department, my brother got measuring and fitted by one of the workers. I should of gotten his name because he deserves some attention for his great customer service, patience, and great attitude, very thankful we ran into him for his help!

If I could give this store more than 5 stars I would. The prices may be a little higher, but if you’re someone like me who doesn’t know what they want and doesn’t know what/where to look, the people and the service here is amazing. I suspect they are commission based, which definitely probably helps, but the few times I have shopped here the people have always been extremely knowledgeable about the layout of the store and the merchandise in general, which is something you don’t get at other stores.

I love to shop here for clothing, shoes and home furnishings. The service has improved greatly. The last few times I’ve been have been really good experiences. I love that the women’s department has Free People brand now.

The lady that goes by the name of Corn Flake needs a raise. She is hard working and adds tremendously to the apparel.
