Just a shout out to my friends that may be in the market for new furniture. Personally our experience at Home Furniture yesterday was a very pleasant one. We normally aren’t comfortable with a sales associate shadowing us while we are looking. We were met by Thomas Smith and we exchanged names. We told him we were just looking and he told us to help ourselves and let him know if we needed any information on anything or had any questions. We basically knew what we wanted and the features we wanted. So to save time we told Thomas what we wanted. He led us to the furniture with what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the items we were shown. So we were already ahead of the game time wise. He gave us prices on an extended warranty and delivery. To our surprise we were pleased with the quote since we were at a different popular furniture store the day before. Home Furniture saved us over $1000. Hope that if you have used Home Furniture in the past your experience was comparable to ours. If you haven’t used them before, give them a try and see Thomas Smith when you do.

Amazing finance options. Blake was an amazing salesman. He was able to help me find exactly what I needed with ease. I was in and out with a new bed and mattress in less than a hour!

I’ve always shopped at Home Furniture. Way back since the 80’s. They always took care of me if I changed my mind or something went wrong with a piece of furniture. They have great deals all the time. I absolutely love my salesman, David Burge. I’ve bought three separate living room sets from him since 2021. I didn’t have enough room when I got the huge sectional in 2021, so I bought a recliner sofa & recliner loveseat which was powered in Dec 2023. Not a good idea with two babies. This last purchase in July, 2024, I sized down & went manual. Loving my furniture as always.

I’ve been multiple times to the Home Furniture location in Lake Charles and each visit has been very pleasant. Both salespersons I dealt with (Jacob and Adele) were very professional. I will continue to use this particular location for my furniture needs. Highly recommend these folks!!

Just purchased a bedroom set and living room console from Home Furniture in Lake Charles. The entire process was great. My salesperson, Jacob was informative but not overwhelming. I had visited many stores before making my selection. Furniture was beautiful, and great prices! Delivery was fast and the delivery men were so professional. All in all, a great experience and would choose Home Furniture again!

I have looked for furniture for months! We happened to be in Lake Charles for the day and decided to check out Home Furniture. I couldn’t believe it, I found everything I was looking for in one place. They would even deliver to TX (tomorrow). Thank you Thomas for making the transaction so easy. We are looking forward to picking up our new furniture!

I had such a GREAT customer experience with Jacob at the lake Charles location . He took his time and helped me with the bedroom set I was looking at online and answered all the tedious questions I had as well. Even though it took me an almost a month to decide on which I wanted he was so patient. Also so well spoken, and knows his products he’s selling! We need more salesman like that !!! Very pleased with my shopping there.
