Nelson's Hardware

They work on Stihls here - but worth spending every penny at this location for the customer service. Learned more about my ECHO chainsaw than I thought possible - can’t beat old fashioned free advice and friendly service.

Love the selection of products that they have and if they don't have it at the moment they will order it for you no problem. Boots are awesome just no steel toe boots but if you need them they will order them for you and return it if it doesn't fit for the size that will work. Great price on Yeti stuff

Nelson's always has what we're looking for. They have great sales. I recommend becoming a True Value rewards member for coupons and cash off purchases. Friendly staff at this store.

Large selection of Stihl chainsaws at reasonable prices. Helpful service and got my new saw ready to use. Will go to them again for my lawn and garden tool needs.

I've been a customer of that location for years, even before it was Nelson's. But I have to say they hooked me up with a generator deal that was far beyond expectations. They are really easy to deal with, very friendly, and have a great selection of home goods too.

The service department at Nelson's Hardware helped me out of a jam by re-stringing the generator cord while I waited. In all about 8 to 10 minutes. Done!

Going the extra mile of service was greatly appreciated.

This store really is an Ace. The employees are ALWAYS looking after customers to offer help finding stuff, and they all seem to know exactly where every nut, bolt and screw is located. The garden people are happy to offer their extensive knowledge, and every single person is friendly and truly personable. The store is well stocked with quality pet food, bird feed and supplies. My favorite place to get my "stuff".

The experience was wonderful. The exmark is a great machine and cuts like no other. The finance company also is great to work with. Look forward to building business relationship with both Nelson and Sheffield in the future

Bought my chain saw here before returning home after hurricane Michael. A great place with great service. Bought some attachments for a power head at a local store. I'll wait next time until I can visit Nelson's.

I was at Nelson Ace yesterday. Had a great time. Lots of things on sale. Everyone was very helpful. Didn't have any problem checking out. I love to go to that store!

Beautiful trees in nursery! Love the store- old fashioned hardware store with an eclectic assortment of feed, seed, power equipment, housewares, clothing! Personalized customer service based on what I need at that time.

They have a great selection of items here with fair prices. The staff is also very friendly.

BEEN SHOPPING THERE THE DAY AFTER THEY OPENED THE DOORS. ALWAYS HAVE SOMEONE WHO WILL WALK YOU TO THE ITEM YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. WELL I POURED THE CONCRETE FOR THE WHOLE STORE, MANY YEARS AGO. GREAT PLACE TO SHOP BAR NONE.
