So excited to receive the Wolf Dual Fuel LP gas range for our mountain house. The delivery was prompt within three weeks( fantastic!) and although there was some glitches with the delivery and install two days before Thanksgiving, the issues were handled forthright and expeditiously by Chris in time for the big feast. The product is unbelievably marvelous, and thrilled with the product. Denise, highly professional handled the initial order and the customization. The Blairsville team were outstanding in meeting the logistics one runs into in the mountains. Very appreciative and highly recommend the products and service.

My sales person was Michelle. From the 1st day we met her in April until today, July 6, I cannot say anything but great things about her. She was knowledgeable in every area of our remodel that we discussed. Returned emails as I had questions along the way or a phone call. Great customer service. Hard to find that anymore. I worked with Denise in the showroom to replace lighting and plumbing during a renovation. The showroom had a good selection on site, as well as the option to order. Denise was extremely helpful with suggestions on options, as well as advice on sizes, heights and other details. I’m not full time in the area, so Denise frequently helped me by phone and email. She also worked very well with my contractor and electrician, keeping them informed of items that came in and arranging delivery when needed. My experience with Denise and City Plumbing was very positive—a huge help during our project.

I have been here several times and bought ceiling fans and kitchen faucet. They are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly! I am getting ready to go back to see about some outdoor ceiling fans!! I am actually excited about it!!

Particularly, Trish is very experienced, provides excellent information, communicates well and gives outstanding customer service. She is very personable and works well with our builder and the vendors and contractors. I highly recommend!

My wife and I were looking to purchase a pellet grill for our new home in Blue Ridge. After doing research we settled on a make and model. City Plumbing and Electric are dealers for the line. TJ Panter handled the sale and was kind enough to make arrangements for the grill and assorted accessories to be dropped off at our home as the grill is too large to fit in our vehicle.

Absolutely the best commercial service counter in the tri state area. Stretch the man has your order day and night baby...wooooo. All the guys are good folks, friendly and knowledgeable. 5 stars isn't enough. 10 stars baby...easy. Best of the best...wooooo....Just saying... so said Deadman the best electrical helper...lol...around. Seriously though... they rock... if your going somewhere else...your missing out.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I have found many cases where the products they sold were of higher quality and cheaper than the big box store in town.

Nice, knowledgeable sales people that don't pressure you. Large selection and prices are compatible to box stores. Don't pass by thinking too expensive.
