Not organized

Horrible. Cannot cancel order after 30 minutes. They say that the item is too far into the shipment process. Then the item doesn't ship for days. That makes zero sense. And then I have to pay an absurd amount for the shipping cost to send it back? I guess the mistake was ordering from Overstock so I will not be doing that again!

One of the lady staff at the warehouse acts like she owns the place. She frustrates carriers/drivers by taking too long to give documentation after loading. She says "am allowed up two hours to load you." She a actually looks like a "junky" who's going through some rehab and shouldn't even be working in such a place.

Customer service and company “policy” for returns suck! I will forever shop at Amazon or ANYWHERE else but here. This was my first and last purchase from them. My order was missing parts and had damaged parts. It’s taking them forever to send them so I wanted to return. They want me to pay HALF of what my order cost to return my item and tell me if I try to return to the warehouse myself to save myself the 120 because the warehouse is only 10 minutes away that it won’t be a guarantee they will accept it without me paying for a return label that is $120. This company is ridiculous.

They never did get my order right. Lost the 2nd part of the order for weeks then sent the wrong item and wanted to charge me for shipping. Never order from these clowns

They tell you you could return an item within 30 day. But what they don't tell you is they charge you for the return shipping label that's cost half of the value of the item purchased in my case.

Horrible customer service you cannot talk to anyone! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!
