Had a great experience switching from Verizon to T-mobile using the “ keep and switch “ promotion. Keith was able to get me in and out and accomplish everything I needed to have done. 10/10 would recommend this location.

I did not end up getting my phone at this location due to being out of stock, but the associate Zorra was extremely kind, helpful and informative!

Great experience! Everyone was nice and knowledgeable. We've been with T-Mobile about 8 years, visited many stores, this location is as good as any and Better than most. Added 2 lines, 2 watches and made several other changes to the account. Everything was flawless.

I visited this store today to update my iPhone and to finish the change over from another carrier to T-Mobile. I specifically put off doing so because when we were with the other carrier, changing a phone took hours and frequently, multiple trips back to the store.
Today's experience could not have been more flawless. Both individuals working in the store were extremely courteous and attentive. Srecko assisted me with purchasing a new case, installing my screen protector, and configuring my new phone. He was friendly and professional, and I was in and out within less than 20 minutes.
If you are looking for outstanding service, look no further! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

First time here since the sprint closed down and had a great experience

When I walked in I was greeted by a beautiful young lady named jasmine with a welcome and smile. The rest of the knowledgeable men were great. Wonderful experience ☺

They are exceptional at helping you get what you need and making sure you have returns properly labeled. Professional, courteous staff.

I needed to trade in a phone and get a new one. Simple process with no issues. Ended up trying t-mobile home internet as well.

Completely rude.
Multiple employees telling you different things. Wanted to turn on a phone while someone was out of town. After I was told you didn’t have to be there in person to pick up a phone. The “store manager” was completely rude. Doesn’t have any class or respect with her customers.

Went by there this morning to replace my broken phone they were supposed to be open at 1000 I waited until 1050 and left still can't get anyone on the phone and still need to replace my phone

Terrible hours and service was even worse. Go to the Loganville store for better service
