I adore the home decorating selection. Mud pie is one of my favorite lines they carry. I even bought my wedding dress at the last minute.

Carmichaels in Monroe. Get all my family's meds there . They have all kinds of stuff you can shop for while you wait . Anything you can think of from Cards to rain coats with your name monogrammed on them . Super Cool Store . There's usually some sidewalks stuff that's on sale .

They had great customer service prices were better than snellville drugs. Love the store over riced items but so cute.

This place is more than a pharmacy. Beautiful items to take home. Ladies apparel, medical equipment. The lady was very helpful with finding and explaining the item I needed.

One of the best pharmacies around. Much easier to deal with than the big stores. Also a hallmark store with a full selection of stuff. Lots of stuffed animals. Incredible selection of candy.

I've been a customer of Carmichaels for well over 15 years. I'm 74 years old so you can imagine that I've used several pharmacies in the past. Without a doubt, I can say that Carmichaels Pharmacy in Monroe, Ga., is the finest pharmacy I've ever used. The staff and pharmacists could not be more helpful and friendly.. in a ranking of 1 to 10, I give them a 12.

Love this place! Not only are all the pharmacy professionals very nice and helpful, they carry the most adorable items. That doesn't even include the wonderful chocolates and treats that they have in stock!

I still think this is the best place within a hundred miles to shop for the fancy lady in your life...they have everything from clothes to candles, hats to handbags, and fancy charm bracelets and lotions...plus so much more. It's not just a pharmacy, it's a bookstore, a place to by home decor and a great place to gift shop.

Excellent pharmacy and store customer service. The employees are friendly, as well as knowledgeable. I love their pharmacy, as they always get my medications filled in a timely fashion, always ask questions, and about how you are doing with new medications. One of the pharmacist even called with a courtesy call, to be sure my new medication was working, and if I was having any problems. Any refills I call in, I also receive automatic calls letting me know they are ready. The store, itself, carries specialty oils, lotions, decor, holiday items, etc. Even if you're not there for the pharmacy, itself, check it out, as they have some unique items you may not see elsewhere. Love, love, love this store. We are blessed to have this gem in our community. Fast, efficient pharmacy with friendly service. And, did I mention the free delivery? You've saved me time and worry and been there when I call.

I was mainly in the pharmacy area and I was looking for a very specific product. They did not carry this product but took the information from me and actually looked for it to see if they could get it elsewhere. They called me later in the week to let me know that they were unable to find it. Great service. They carry beautiful gifts. If you are looking for a unique baby gift or a Doug and Melissa toy, you will probably find it here. The only negative would be that their prices seem high.

I am a long term daily infusion patient. It is critical to my health that I have my infusion supplies on time. My current pharmacy, Coram, neglected to call me for my supply order this Monday. When I contacted them on Tuesday to remedy the situation, they informed me they were going out of business and could no longer provide me with the necessary supplies. No notice, no transition care, just dropped me like a hot rock leaving me in a jam. This put me in a bit of a panic because I was running my last infusion on Tuesday. With no supplies coming I would not be able to run my infusions, putting myself at risk for landing back in the hospital. It took some doing, but my insurance company finally found Carmichael Drug was in-network and gave me their number. I called and spoke with the pharmacist, Lea. We had to wait for a new prescription to be sent from my cardiologist, but in the meantime she took the list of supplies I would need and made sure she had everything in stock and ready to go for when the prescription arrived. As soon as she received the prescription this morning (Wednesday) she called to let me know. My supplies were delivered early this afternoon and I didn't have to miss an infusion! After fighting tooth and nail with Coram for a year and a half to speak with customer service, get the correct supplies, and have them delivered in a timely manner, I was absolutely blown away by the ease of communication and superb, above and beyond, service Lea provided. I am so profoundly grateful for her willingness to take this on with such short notice and need for quick turn around...without making me feel like a huge inconvenience! On top of that, she made note of my favorite Huber needle type/gauge/size and is ordering it to keep in stock for me! It sounds ridiculous, but when you have a needle sticking out of your chest 24/7, you really do find a favorite and it makes a huge difference when it comes to comfort. A great pharmacy, like Carmichael Drug, makes a huge difference in comfort and treatment too. What a blessing this situation has turned out to be.

Another compounding pharmacy had failed to get me my prescription as scheduled, so I had been 10 days without. Carmichael’s came through and got me the prescription within a day. I so appreciate their efforts.
