Mt Paran Animal Hospital

OMG, this place is amazing! We took one of our dogs for a dental, and he came out like nothing happened to him. Then we went back to get some testing on our other dog, and he had the same response. I love that I have such a good place so close from home to take my dogs. Both vets were very good, and the staff was too. I highly recommend this animal hospital.

I LOVE this place. The compassion is unbeatable. They have true love for your animal as well as caring for you and your needs to help your pet. I struggled with my cat who had a urinary block and they were so quick to help. The doctors called and explained everything to me 2x a day with updates. My cat is now home and doing well!

My 15 year old senior beagle was mauled by a coyote, and I rushed him up there unannounced. I can't express how thankful I was and am for how quickly they reacted, diagnosed injuries, and treated my dog and communicated to me what the plan of action was. Dr. Carson was tremendous throughout the process with a calm demeanor and clear communication. The vet tech team, the folks in the back we don't get to see too often, worked together seamlessly and all played a role throughout my dogs two week recovery. This practice is truly full of animal lovers and special people. Immensely grateful for everyone there! I'm definitely a customer for life. Thank you Mt. Paran team!

We've visited a few times, and they're always great. Kind, helpful, clean, well-priced, and clearly care about the well-being of our cats. Today, our kitten hurt herself and they were able to fit us in with just 30 minutes of notice. They checked her over thoroughly. They communicated very well through the whole process, and we left feeling confident that our little void is going to be ok. Prices were very reasonable, too. Thanks so much for helping little Krobus! She's back home now, and feeling much better!

I contacted Mt Paran Animal Hospital for travel health certificates for my dogs. Everything was handled perfectly from start to finish. Scheduling was smooth and I got an appointment for the following day; Linda made sure that I was in the loop at every step of the process. The veterinarian was thorough and compassionate durig the visit. Everything was received in time for our flights. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend!

Extremely happy with our experience with Dr. Carson! She explained her diagnosis in much detail, and gave us very helpful, practical advice for our beloved Rangers cancer in a sensitive and empathetic manner. She was sincerely interested in all we can do to prolong his life, and keep him comfortable. We appreciate her and the entire staffs caring nature! She said Ranger had a great smile! We had a great experience with Mt. Paran Animal Hospital! Our cat needed his eye removed and we were given the best quote here. Everybody from the front desk staff to the multiple doctors we talked to were extremely nice. Everyone made us feel very comfortable with the surgery and we were called multiple times throughout the surgery and healing process for them to check up on our cat and see if we had any questions. The eye removal went great and it’s healing extremely well. We are very grateful for the amazing staff here!

Amicable and pleasant experience. I called Saturday and spoke to AJ, who was very kind and clear and took all my information. Surprisingly, when I arrived today (Monday), my intake form was completed and only required my signature. This was brilliant! I met with a lovely woman, and I’m going to mess this up, so I’m sorry I didn’t write your name down, but Ms. S was simply perfect. She met with my dog and me, and she took her time speaking with us. She empathized with me and gave me information. My dog is 14. It’s always so helpful when you’re taken care of.

Ms. S took Romeo (my dog) to the back, and he was very relaxed. And then, there was Dr. Preis!! What a God send. She immediately got to the floor, and we had the most pleasant exchange. You can tell everyone here has a true passion for helping animals and people alike. I didn’t feel rushed, and I am so thankful for the experience today. Thank you, Team🙏🏽💐

It was my first time and I was very impressed. Every staff member I met was very friendly. We arrived early and they saw us quickly. They were also reasonably priced. Dr. Politte was thorough and answered ask my questions. Her vet tech (didn’t catch name) was kind and even helped my cat back in her carrier.

Jimmy loves Mount Paran Animal Hospital! He is our first pet and they have been so patient with our many nervous visits making sure he is healthy! We appreciate their quick responses and expertise!

This is our first time here as we just got our new kitten. The staff was very prompt in following up with me concerning our first appointment. When we got there, they were ready to start on time and were very transparent and very respectful of our kitten. We will be making this our local vet spot!

Dr. Preis is the BEST vet in the ATL area - and I've been to a lot. I have a special needs cat that she takes exceptional care of. She treats her like it was her own pet, you can tell she loves my cat and loves what she does. She gave me so many options and ideas we never got from other vets. Extremely knowledgeable and so kind. 1000/10 recommend.

The whole team at Mt Paran Animal Hospital is amazing ! A calm environment with patient professionals that reassure you that your pet’s care is the top priority! Dr. Jake and Dr. Justin are the best with my puppies Goose and Bella!

The staff here is great, and the office is always clean. Dr. Preis & Dr. Carson are both wonderful veterinarians, and I know my pets are in good hands here.

Dr. Preiss is a wonderful and caring veterinarian and she treats our dogs as if they were her own. She has performed surgery on two of our dogs and both were very successful. The staff is courteous and professional and we would highly recommend them.

(Original post)I needed unexpected veterinary services for a cat and kittens that I am fostering and Dr. Mueller and staff have been so accommodating. When I called to get an appointment earlier this week (I did that rather than use the website appointment function), I was told I could come that afternoon. This has helped enormously in getting these cats assessed and ready to adopt out. The staff at the clinic are so courteous and helpful. Dr. Mueller is knowledgeable and communicates well. And, the clinic is brand new, quite nice and very convenient to Sandy Springs residents. So glad to have them in the neighborhood

Dr.Preis has been my vet for almost ten years, and I followed her everywhere, literally, as she goes above and beyond for every animal I've had. She truly is The only one I trust with their care. I highly recommend her to all of my friends looking for recommendations

Dr. Justin McKinley is the primary vet for our 2 boxers (2.5 years and 5 months). He's clearly a big animal lover. Even when he's sticking our pups with needles he's super gentle and has them wagging their tails and excited right after.

As someone with a science background myself, I was impressed with how knowledgable he is on every topic from the quality of different food brands, to new research on the preventative measures for hip dysplasia, and the pros & cons of spaying earlier or later.

From the front desk staff, to the vet techs, to Dr Martin stepping in when we had a scheduling mishap - ever interactions I've had here has been fantastic.

Highly recommend! Best vet in town.

My little girl loves Dr Meuller and everyone at Noah's Bark and Mt Paran. Everyone gives her love and kindness. She was once a crazy terror. . . She still is! She has bladder cancer and the team has provided information, referrals, and options to help us make the best decision for our family.
They also helped track down the medicine she needs to control the bladder cancer and give us the most good days possible.
From regular check ups to emergencies, we know who we trust with our kids.

The facility is conveniently located, super clean and the staff was friendly, informative and professional.
We followed Dr. Preis from VCA to Mt. Paran because we have a long history of care with her and love her so much! I’m so happy we have a new family of care at Mt. Paran Animal Hospital!😻
