Best Friend Park

Haven’t set foot in Best Friend Park since I was nine years old. Mainly came here to check out the swimming pool. I was around Downtown Historic Norcross coming from Dollar Tree on foot. Best Friend Park was on the way so I decided to check it out. Aside from the outdoor swimming pool. There’s also a gymnasium, basketball court, & playground. There’s summer programs available for children. Very lively area with plenty of youth running around enjoying the amenities city of Norcross has to offer.

Nice park to come walk and relax at. Shade is in different areas.

The rest rooms were clean. Only negative no soap to wash hands. The pavilion was clean as well. Our non profit organization was able to minister too the homeless here. We had a great turn out. We will use this park again. Thanks

Nice park. Trails, plenty of playground space for kids as well as a splash pad. A pacifier shade and picnics & Men/women bathrooms right next to it. The pavilion overlooks the playground so parents can see their children playing

Hands down, this is the best park in the area. I love the trail and the fact that they have swings along the trail for my daughter to enjoy. There are always children there (which is a plus if you only have one child). The equipment is always clean and working properly.

We actually walked to the park while our vehicle was being serviced down the street and were pleasantly surprised at everything available. If we would have known this was here we would have brought bathing suits and enjoyed the pool and waterslides - it was a hot day! The playground was nice and partially shaded. Great place to spend a day!

Really clean, you can tell the people who are in charge of keeping the bathrooms clean, the grounds trash free, and the grass cut really take pride in their park. The playground equipment is up to date, safe, and clean as well! Definitely one of my kids favorites!!

Besides the animal waste all over the ground & sidewalk, it was incredibly nice! Very impressed w/ the amenities such as a small outdoor water park & gymnasium. Especially impressed the park was so nice given it's location.

My husband and I brought our own charcoal grill. They have one there but we didn't feel like cleaning it. It was peaceful foot traffic was light. We got there at 8:30 left close to 1:45. The bathroom was clean too.

My kids love this public water park. Life guards are very attentive. It does get crowded so come early to get a lounge chair. There are 2 areas to play, so there's plenty of room for everybody.

Beautiful playground and park! They have a huge swimming pool, walking trail, tennis court, and basketball indoor and outdoor. Great place to bring your little ones. I forgot to mention the soccer and baseball field. Lol

Great big playground for our little ones, a spacious parking lot where they can ride their big wheels and a wide walking path in a nice wooded area, amongst other attractions as well. Two thumbs up.

Great park. Very nice 3/4 mile walk/run trail. In door/or door basketball. Grills, pavilions, two huge baseball fields, swings, big play ground, restrooms throughout. Pic nic tables and benches throughout.

Great for the whole family Pets included. I have to pull my kids away every time we visit. Clean restrooms and a place to charge your phone or plug in a juke box for gazebo parties. Enjoy

Nice park in a cool shaded area. There is a gazebo where parties can be thrown, an aquatic area, a pinic area, basketbal and tennis courts. You will also find anice walking path which I believe is two miles as well as a gym. I taught my teen to drive at this park so it does hold very fond memories for me.

Nice area. Needs lighting on the bike/walk trail.. the baseball fields are well taking care of however the areas that families uses needs updated.

Great playground and park. The trash needs to be emptied regularly. Great place to walk and watch games. Great basketball park with lots of run. We had a really good time.

Great place to get in a walk or jog. Like how the scenery changes from wide open skies to in the woods. Lots of tennis courts and a decent basketball court as well. The track here is .75 miles long.

Great park. Love how they keep restrooms open after dark for those utilizing the paved track. Kids play and swim area looks awesome!!!
