Extremely nice people! Very helpful as well. I brought in a bracelet hoping to make it a bit smaller and the owner was able to make it fit perfectly in just a few minutes! And he didn't even charge me. 5/5 experience, would recommend Adamark to everyone for their jewelry needs!

This place is great. Easy parking right in front of the door and fantastic service when you get inside. I recently bought a very small item (a watchband) that cost less than $15. Mark and his wife spent at least 30 minutes with me making sure it fit and even changing the buckle to match my watch. Then, when the weather developed some cracks in it about a month later, I went back and they replaced it for no charge. I offered to pay for the new one but Mark absolutely refused. You don’t get service like that in many places anymore.

This place is awesome! I went in to fix a bracelet that my mom gave me and the owner VERY generously fixed it for free. I am so thankful for that. They have a beautiful, classy assortment of all the jewelry that you could think of. We have also fixed watches with them before and they are very reasonably priced and efficient throughout the process.

Just came here with my favorite pair of earrings. One clasp was broken and the owner fixed it up, cleaned them both and gave them back to me in perfect working order all FREE of charge! Wish I was in the market for jewelry to buy.

Had a battery replacement for a higher end dive watch that other places couldn't handle. They were knowledgeable and got the job done, and even offered pressure testing at a good price. Nice folks with excellent customer service and work!

Went in today to have a bail on my Pendant replaced or adjusted to fit a large necklace and the owner and his wife were kind and helpful, and REALLY appreciate the help. The bail he adjusted isn't sliding along the chain as I would like, so I'll be back for more of the great customer service.

I had a pair of diamond huggies that never sat quite right on my ears and ran in Adamark to see what they could do. They made the latch piece smaller and now they fit so much better and they didn’t charge me. A very nice gesture that I so appreciate.

I have been going to Adamark for several years now. It is the definition of a mom and pop shop. Both Mark and Barbara are extremely helpful and patient when it comes to explaining appraisals for items. They do not pressure you to buy anything, which is rare to find these days in stores. They are experts in the jewelry and silversmiths "field", and reading some of these comments made me very disappointed in the people who wrote them.
A little explanation for that: what they do is a trade skill. It is the type of job where ordinary people cannot make the judgement of how much a piece is worth. You don't go up to a surgeon telling them how to do their job; you did not go to med school, just the same way you have not been studying jewelry for years. It's something that you can't just look up online and automatically be an expert.
That being said, if you're willing to humble yourself to allow them to do THEIR jobs without telling them how to do it, they are excellent at what they do. You won't be ripped off, and if you come into the store admitting you aren't an expert, they will gladly take you through the process of what they're doing. If I could give 6 out of 5 stars I could, but I can live with 5.

36 years ago Adamark Mark custom made my wife's beautiful wedding band. Brought it back last week for a much needed repair.They did a remarkable job at a very reasonable price. Keep up the great work see you in another 36 years Mark. David Montanaro

Went there for a watch repair, one of the pins fell out and went missing from my watch. I went in and expected to leave it, instead they fixed it when I waited and the charge was so reasonable.
