It’s so rare to have a truly excellent pharmacy experience, but picking up my prescription yesterday was easy, simple and enjoyable. I had some issues with my new insurance and Andrea D went above and beyond to figure out the issue with me- it was a delight to collaborate with a pharmacist that clearly cares about patients. Even though it’s 20 minutes out of the way, I’ll be going to this pharmacy from here on out!

I have been using this pharmacy for about 3 years now. I have seen both sides- as a patient and through a doctor's office to call/send in prescriptions. As a patient who uses this pharmacy, I have seen them go above and beyond for me. I'll give you an example. Last week I wanted to pick up my medication but was told that it was on backorder for at least a month. Without even having to request it, the technician searched for any Publix nearby that might have it. She asked how many I had to make sure I had enough for that day and the next day (this particular medication cannot skip dosages- I did have enough). She started talking to the pharmacist about what they could do to get me my medication. She then told me that she was going to drive to another Publix pharmacy to get me that medication and that it would be there waiting for me the next day after work. I did not request any of this and was amazed that they cared enough to make such an effort to make my life easier.
When calling in prescriptions for patients, trying to find a medication for patients that is covered is not always easy, and this pharmacy was always willing to help me find an affordable medication. I wish I could say all of them are, but this is a rare find nowadays. Most don't have the time to work with you, but this pharmacy has on several occasions.
This pharmacy goes above and beyond to make sure patients get the medicines they need. Period.

One of the four medicines that my wife was prescribed for flu worked out to 110 bucks post insurance (yes, 110 bucks for flu medicine - go figure). I changed my mind after getting everything billed and requested the department manager (Ariel Campbell) to suggest alternatives. Not only was she incredibly helpful and accommodating, she offered to call the doc and get the prescription changed on my behalf. Amazing customer service.

It’s a tough industry now with short supplies and understaffing but they are always working hard and polite. Far superior to our local Krogers. I appreciate this pharmacy!!!

Even though they don’t typically offer curbside pickup from the deli (non-Instacart), they did for us this evening. So appreciate their commitment to customer service!

Just moved all of my family prescriptions to Costco. Pharmacy manager couldn't care less about her customers. Lackadaisical attitude and failure to notify me that she didn't have my prescription on the order date, then when I came to pick it up 3 days later I find out that although I ordered it in time, during the wait it had expired and then had to see the doctor to get it revewed, 90 days early. They also Constantly failed to apply my discount card. And had To have them run it each time I came in. I don't recommend these folks at all. And there are a lot cheaper alternatives all around the area.

First, I was given HALF of the correct amount of pills for my prescription. The pharmacists’ error. I called as soon as I got home to confirm that they made a mistake and forgot the other half of my pills. I spoke with a tech who confirmed they left out half of my pills and would have it ready for me to pick up.

After I finished the first half of my prescription, my boyfriend went to pick up the rest of my pills (which were already packaged and ready to go) When he got there, MARIAM accused me of lying about not receiving the other half of my pills and refused to look for the rest of my prescription. What kind of pharmacist tech accuses a customer of lying about something that was the pharmacy’s error? Why is it my duty to take care of the fact that Publix messed up my prescription?

Mariam said I should have remembered the person I spoke to’s name in order to “corroborate my story.” 1. The lady I spoke to never told me her name, and 2. It’s Publix’s job to keep record of phone conversations with customers in their system. After giving my boyfriend an earful, lecturing him, and speaking down on him about the situation, she reluctantly gave him the rest of my pills THAT I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Truly remarkable to be called a liar over something that was never my fault to begin with. Will be switching pharmacies immediately and hopefully Mariam will receive some extra customer service training.

Only used it because it’s the closest pharmacy to my apartment, thank god I’m moving because I am tired of them screwing around. They never have my medications ready, they have several times told me it was ready only for me to go there and it not be ready.

I switched from CVS to here and was hoping for better service and man was I wrong. Prescription was sent to this pharmacy on 10/22, they could not fill it and did not bother to call me or reach out to me. On Nov. 4th, when I followed up, the person answering the call told me it was denied by insurance (which was not) and told me to stop "harassing" them. I asked why this was harassment when people simply followed up on prescription status which was not filled for 2 weeks with no explanations and she simply said there's nothing they can do and stop 'harassing' them. My doctor continued to send them authorization and prescription and yet they could not lift a finger to notify patients or help out.

Terrible customer service. The pharmacist are very rude and dismissive. I called to get a prescription filled and was told it would be ordered and arrive Monday. I go on Monday to pick it up and am basically yelled out by another pharmacist claiming that basically "I'm never gonna get that prescription there and that another worker lied to me." in the rudest, most hostile way possible. I am fine with the worker who told me it would be ordered being wrong, but being talked to and yelled at as if I did something wrong is ridiculous. I will not be back to a Publix pharmacy.

The people working in the pharmacy are undefeated at taking forever to get prescriptions ready. I don’t understand. Then they tell you whatever they want to make you happy but never have your medication ready at the time they say it will be. I have never experienced this in my life. It never fails. They have a million excuses then have the nerve to be rude and get smart with you when you are disgruntled after having to wait to get your prescriptions 16 hours after it was sent to the pharmacy. I’m switching to Kroger after this month. It’s absurd and they need to go.

Every time I have a prescription sent to this pharmacy, they are always behind or claim to be understaffed. If I'm lucky, they have the prescription ready 12 hours after they receive it, at the EARLIEST. My son had an allergic reaction to something and it took them forever to get his prescription prepared. He was miserable but we had to wait for them to get their mess together. This is absolutely unacceptable and I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that this was a one time incident, however, it is clear that this is an ongoing issue that Publix should really try to resolve asap.

They are absolutely terrible. EVERY TIME I go there it's always an issue or backed up. They told me I would have my prescription in 30min and I waited an hour and 15min. When I asked how much longer at the 1hour mark the pharmacist had an attitude and said "it's not ready". Hate it there. Never going back
