After visiting my podiatrist who informed me that I had 3 fractures in my foot and offered me a post-op shoe for $35 which did not help, I went to CVS and Walgreens to find a proper boot with no luck. Walgreens pharmacist sent me to ADA Medical Supply where Ernesto provided me with exactly what I needed after presenting several options and helpful advice.

The staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable. You are able to test the wheelchairs on the premises. I would highly recommend this location.

Customer Service is a priority for the ADA Staff. I recently obtained custom made compression garments from ADA Medical and am very pleased with the caring, professional and prompt service I received. Not only was I provided the products and accessories I needed, but also detailed instruction on their use. In fact, during a follow up call, Debbie discovered that a custom garment I received did not fit properly. The problem was quickly resolved and the garment was replaced. It was very easy to work with this business.

I had the pleasure of picking up a nebulizer today and the customer service was amazing!!!

Debbie and her staff are excellent to work with!! She understands your needs and goes above and beyond to assist you with your needs. If there is something or any questions you have for Debbie and her staff, they are there and quickly. I utilize her for my lymphoma needs, compression socks and stockings, leg wraps,

Great customer service! I have used them on 2 different occasions. The first was for a Knee Scooter. I couldn’t believe how fast they had it shipped to me. It was perfect and made getting around after my Achilles surgery much easier.

The second time, I reached out and spoke with Debbie about some swelling that I was experiencing in my legs. She suggested compression socks. She gathered the information that she needed and sent them to me right away. They made the world of difference! The swelling went down and the Pain that I was experiencing from it subsided.

I will continue to use ADA for all of my medical needs, their knowledge, expertise, and speed of delivery is way beyond anything that I have ever experienced before! I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family!

I had potential surgery event w a ruptured tendon in my foot. I needed crutches and found ADA Medical Supply online. I visited the store and appreciate the great service that I received from Aniedl James. Ultimately, I had a bad sprain and no surgery was required. I returned my crutches for a trouble free return. The location is convenient and the folks provide a good experience. I’m a fan. ☺

There I was facing an upcoming total knee replacement with both feet/legs swollen. With great

Excellent customer service is all about professionalism and how you make people feel. Debbie and the entire ADA Medical staff are knowledgeable, accommodating, and exhibit outstanding customer service skills. They are very detailed oriented and explain thoroughly what products you are purchasing. They really do treat you like a VIP at ADA Medical Supply.

Debbie answered my email when I was having problems finding compression socks that fit. She told me I needed a special order item, which they could order, but suggested where I might be able to find it quicker and cheaper. How cool is that?

I just got off the phone with Ernesto and all I can say is I wish everyone who was involved with customer care would be like him. In just a few seconds he apologized and told me that they didn’t take my insurance. But instead of getting off the phone. He took the time to help educate me on DME and pointers on how to navigate the waters.

I wish money was not an object because I would have driven to Sandy Springs to buy from him today. What a refreshing reminder of how it fella to have excellent customer service. I hope the ownership knows what a gem they have in Ernesto.

I have been a happy and satisfied customer of ADA Medical Supply for the past 5 years. I am a Lymphedema patient and I learned early on that Lymphedema management is a team effort. My doctor, Lymphedema therapist, compression garment fitter/provider, and myself are all important parts of the team. I must say that I hit the Jackpot with Miss Debbie at ADA Medical Supply. She is an excellent and caring fitter and provider of the custom made compression garments that I wear. Miss Debbie is thorough in always making sure the garments fit well and are comfortable. ADA Medical provides high quality personalized service. The staff is friendly, professional, and caring. They always return calls/texts/emails promptly, and are flexible with fitting appointments. ADA Medical Supply has truly been a Godsend, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is seeking the best in treatment and care in their Lymphedema journey.

Aneidi was extremely helpful when we stepped in to replace a walker for my mother-in-law. He was friendly and knowledgeable and even offered a 3-day trial in case she didn’t like it. That really helped because she didn’t have to put in the effort to come in and try the walker. We were thankful that we found his store.

I came in here with my mother a few weeks ago to look at walkers and mobility chairs. The gentleman working (I believe his name was Jeremiah) was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He spent a good bit of time with us going over the pros and cons of the different products, and sent us home with some materials to review before making the decision. He also helped us install a cup holder on my mom's walker which I thought was just sweet! Would definitely recommend this supply store, as the customer service is A+ !

I am a LANA certified Lymphedema Therapist with Atlanta Rehabilitation and Performance Center, in Snellville, GA. I have used the services of ADA Medical Supply for nearly 6 years for my patients. I can not speak highly enough of the customer service my patients have received from the staff, the expertise of the fitter, Debbie Grant, and the quality of the garments that were provided. Compression can be a tricky business, and navigating insurance is a challenge. I have always felt 100% informed on the status of my patient’s garments, and know they are being well treated. There are 6 medical suppliers that are geographically closer my facility, and I will pass them all to have my patients work with this company. As a provider, ADA works with me to determine the garments that are most appropriate for that particular patient, keeping in mind finances, physical abilities, and the quality of the garments issued. ADA Medical is HANDS DOWN the best in the business.

I was blessed to get acquainted with Ms. Debbie. I have gotten my garments from her for 6 years. The garments are very cute . Ms. Debbie is very knowledgeable and very caring. Before I started going to her I didn’t see a difference with the other establishment that I was going to. My arm have went down and my hand.. I will not go anywhere else I will be staying with ADA Medical Supply.

Rented a hospital bed and a lift chair/recliner. Delivery was great! The young man was knowledgeable and courteous. Customer Service is the best. We needed an additional rail and they followed through with no problem. They were flexible with the dates, which was very helpful. Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏

My family and I visited Atlanta from VA to see the Braves play. My hubs hurt his foot prior to our trip and it was REALLY hurting him the day of the game. After driving around ATL looking for a DME place, I found Adam's. The man in the store was so kind and thoughtful and allowed me to rent a knee scooter for a day so we could attend the game as a family. I brought it back the next day AND he remembered my name. Such a great place!
