First time visiting this store to buy a compact mirror as a last minute gift. It was so nice to walk- in on a Friday afternoon at 2 without too many customers. Bethany was so attentive and very helpful. She knew right away what I was looking for. I normally order online and avoid the chaos. I was never interested at checking this store as it is incomparable to the Paris shops, small shop that is always crowded esp on weekend. But their customer service changed my impression about US stores. It is at par with their flagship stores and treats you a VIP even if you're just buying their cheapest product. Thanks for the great experience! Will be back again.

Went in to get color matched and pick up a foundation. Susan was so helpful in helping me pick out the right color, and Jamie was just so lovely during the checkout process. The two of them were so sweet! It’s so nice having a Chanel close by with an exceptionally knowledgeable staff!

Went to this location today. My friends and I browsed the lipglosses and perfume. I didn’t make a purchase but my friend purchased some cologne for her hubby. The sales associate who helped us was nice. I will return to make a purchase soon.

Went to this location this evening and had a great experience. My daughter wanted to spend some of her birthday money at Chanel. Michele was so kind to her (and me) and went above and beyond. She made her feel so special and she can’t wait to go back.

I traveled to Malaysia for business and, during a bit of a shopping experience, really enjoyed the Chanel beauty boutique. The service is outstanding, and definitely, the conversion rates favor US SHOPPERS. Love Chanel Perfume 💗

I have consistently had great experiences at this boutique. The two ladies working on the night of October 17, 2023, were exceptionally helpful, going above and beyond to assist me.

If I could give them more stars, I would! What a lovely boutique, and the staff is exceptional! I went today for a new fragrance and took a friend's daughter with me. She's 14 and was very excited with it being her first experience at a Chanel boutique. The ladies were warm and welcoming! Sophia assisted both of us, and she was amazing!! She took some extra time to show my friend's daughter all that the boutique offers, and I bought her a little lip gloss in a shade the staff recommended, which was perfect for a young lady. It was so much fun, and I cannot recommend them enough. We're already planning our next trip back!

Had an amazing private shopping experience for my mom. First time for her in the store. The representative Sophia was amazing and made my mom feel very comfortable and helped to find the skincare products she would like rather than steering towards products that wouldn’t be a fit and taught us a lot about the current styles! Definitely will be back!

Sophia is amazing! I have been to this location twice and she remembered me from my first visit. My partner and I were shocked she remembered us. It's the small things that make a big difference. She taught us about the channel fragrances and found a perfect pair of sunglasses. Although I have not made a purchase yet, I will be sure to purchase from her when I am ready.

I had a great experience at this location today. I was there to purchase the cotton squares. The associate there was ever so kind. She even walked with me to the door, held it opened and everything. I felt like a very special customer. I love this location and will definitely come back.

Sophia, the reason why I love shopping at Chanel. The best experience I have ever had at any Chanel store/ any store in the United States for that matter. Sophia is amazing, super friendly and always suggests products best suited for my skin type. Even though I no longer live in Alpharetta, I only order through her. She is absolutely the BEST.

Julie made my experience at this store! She is just the best. I swore the brand off after a HORRIBLE experience in San Francisco, but Julie won me back as a client. She was so patient as I went through the exclusive collection fragrances. Thank you to the staff here for being so helpful and attentive without being pretentious.

Love this Chanel boutique! The first time going in, I was a bit hesitant, expecting to honestly be unwelcomed. That wasn’t the case at all!! Sophia welcomed me in and was so extremely nice. She even followed up with a little card and gift after my first visit. I love coming back and seeing her and the team!

Wonderful experience visiting Chanel! So much better than going to a department store. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and I didn’t feel rushed or pushed. Definitely where I will buy all my Chanel beauty from now on!

Excellent experience with Sophia Tediashvili during the busiest time of the year. Her gift wrapping ability blew my family away and the little attention to detail with the bow was very well done. Not to mention, Sophia is also a great conversationalist. Looking forward to coming back.

Great boutique, with a staff that knows Chanel and how to do make up. Cindy is absolutely wonderful and has worked for the brand for many years. They also carry unique items you don't find always in the large dept stores.
