AT&T Store

I recently visited the AT&T location to trade my phone for an iPhone 15 Pro Max, and I was genuinely impressed. Having had a previous challenging experience at another AT&T store, the service here was a breath of fresh air. The store was immaculate, and the staff was not only professional but also incredibly efficient. Prince, in particular, was a standout—his calm and helpful demeanor made the entire process swift and enjoyable. I didn’t have to wait for ages, and the level of service I received was beyond exceptional. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a hassle-free experience. My experience was great. I received great service, over and beyond what I need. I was shopping for a phone for my daughter at good price, and received just that!

The salesperson who helped me on 11-11-23 was amazing. I have forgotten his name! He was so knowledgeable and friendly and patient! He was literally helping 3 people at once and greeted every person that walked in the door. He was a pleasure to work with! The manager that came in a later seemed very nice and friendly as well.

Larry assisted me with fixing a SIM card issue I’ve had on my iPhone for 6 months, and he fixed it in 5 minutes. Very professional, informative, & he even made me actually consider switching my other services back to AT&T. Great experience!

This location is excellent! After several bad experiences with AT&T over the past month I came to this location and received SUPERB service from Larry! The store manager, whose name I unfortunately did not get, was also extremely pleasant. Admittedly, I came in with an attitude, because of prior service I’d received, but that did not sway Larry from being welcoming, pleasant and trying to turn around my experience. Larry was able resolve my issue, take care of my needs and did it all with a smile. I will definitely visit this location for my future service needs.

Larry was AMAZING! After dealing with xfinity for three weeks and being told day after day WiFi would be on we stopped in AT&T. Larry had WiFi on in our house within hours. I had to have a tech come out to install something and they were there within an hour from calling! Can’t thank this team enough!!!

Tiffany was wonderful!So very patient and spent lots of time with me to completely resolve my problem. I left very happy and will recommend her to my friends.

We’re at the AT&T store today to provide our baby girl’s 23rd birthday with her gift AND the customer service we have is the BEST!! Our guy TC hooked my baby girl up with her iPhone 12 Max💕🎂💕today!! She’s so happy, so you already know I AM TOO!!

Larry has amazing customer service skills! I came in for one Apple Watch and left with two ‘and’ with an incredible deal at that! Everyone at this location was super helpful and were so personable! I’ll definitely be back! Thanks guys!

I rated my overall experience as a 10:10 because the store associate that helped me, his name was Vontae- he provided the most iconic customer experience throughout my entire visit at this store. Not only did I leave with the new iPhone 14 Pro Max, but he made sure I got a good trade in value for my iPhone 13 Pro Max, excellent unlimited service plan for a good monthly price and made me feel as if I was family. Definitely will recommend this store to everyone I know!

Darrel was amazing. He listened to our needs and was able to get us in and out of the store within 30 minutes. I also learned a few new things about my phone and our account by speaking with him. I will continue to come to this store because it is where we opened our account but now, I’ll be coming back to work with Darrel for any business and personal account needs.

The entire staff provided top tier exceptional service. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. This store is fantastic!

I was immediately greeted by an ATT rep, I explained that I was leaving the country with my cell phone and did not want excess charges for using my cell phone. The ATT rep immediately understood, and helped me make adjustments for international travel.
