TUMI Store - Avalon

I had a great experience at this store when I took my tote to be repaired. Aalycia was efficient in seeing about the repair which I really appreciated. Both Aalycia and Steven were knowledgeable and super friendly!

Called ahead to make sure they had what I wanted in stock. Christine was quick and efficient with my questions and requests! She was sweet even when my toddler was running around. Store was clean, bright, and welcoming.

Very good place with a nice collection. The luggage is generally very utilitarian and well made. Also the quality is excellent and the bags last long. Backed by a very good warranty. They have a service for monogram too.
