Great experience. I went in to get my regular oil change, and knew that I needed a transmission flush. They ran into a couple of issues, trying to get a bolt out of the area that they needed to get to, to perform the task. Jay, Eric and the entire crew all worked together to get everything taken care of. Super friendly and very dedicated. Great crew all around.

Great place to get oil change and MO car inspection! Very nice and friendly. They do alot of yelling because the guy under the floor has a hard time hearing what with cars running guys above yelling to each other! Great place! Picture is of the gentleman that does the inspections! You stay in your car while work gets done! Touchless bill paying too!

The technician was friendly and worked quickly. I was in and out in less than an hour.

I go to this location often. It’s usually short wait times. Friendly staff and they aren’t pushy about the extras.

Took my wife’s car there as it’s just a pain to do the ramps and what not as it sits so low to the ground. Went here on the 3rd of July because it was close and convenient. I have never been before, but I’ll definitely come back after my recent experience. The staff members were all courteous and friendly. No hard push for extra profits on additional services, just calling out what the manufacturer states give the mileage of the vehicle. I had a coupon and the person helping me found and applied the better coupon for me. That’s service!

They show you your oil dip stick with the new oil and level shown, which is also a nice touch. Didn’t have to get out of the car the entire time and I would say I was there for a total of around 25 minutes including the wait behind the vehicle in front of me. Folks there seemed enthusiastic and a pleasure to be around.

I do my own changes on our other two vehicles, but I’ll return for this car in particular or maybe the others if in a pinch. I’d recommend them to those on a time schedule or not willing to DIY.

The gal who works here, Rachael, has got this joint under control. She is vocal and on point. Constantly moving and keeping her employees in the ball. GREAT energy. Highly recommend.

Great service and they work fast. Justin did a great job walking through what services were recommended and what could wait and even what discounts were available. Felt more like a small town service station mechanic than a big box store. Will definitely be returning.

Great team. I needed engine oil, transfer case, and both differentials serviced on my truck. They cut me a great deal to do it all at once. They made quick work of it and no pressure on any add ons. They did show me my air filter and it will need it next time. Also did a battery test and showed it was getting in the caution zone as a courtesy. That was honest too because the last of the cold it was getting slow to start. So I will need one by winter again for sure. Overall a great experience with a good bunch of guys working there. I watched how they helped the lady in the next bay and they treated her great as well. None of the stereotypical stuff you hear about at shops.

Showed up on Wednesday at 3pm for an oil change and transmission fluid change.
I was quickly taken in and the worker were very friendly and quick. Prices were way better than the dealership. Definitely going back.

These guys have been my go-to oil peeps for several years now. Always on point, always friendly, and they do it right the first time. Plus they have a lot of add-on services available but present them to you with the facts and no pressure. For these reasons they will stay my oil dudes for the foreseeable future 👍

Absolutely amazing experience. Great set of guys. They spoke with my car dealership about my free oil change & were able to get me the mid tier my car needed. They went above & beyond. It's always a plus when you get to stay in your car also. We will be using them again. Very friendly & fast.

I got my oil changed here a few weeks back and I am still blown away by the service I received. As a young female I normally dread going to get my oil changed as I am always talked down to and upsold on things I don’t need. However this is not how they treat their customers at this location in the slightest, and I was very impressed.

The guys made me comfortable and were very kind and friendly. They explained everything to me in terminology I could understand. They also let me know my battery wasn’t the best, but let me know it’s no pressure and if I decide to get a new one I’m always welcome to come back to them and they’ll take care of it for me. I really appreciated how welcoming everyone was!

I had a horrible experience over at the Liberty location last year where one of the older men stood at my window and flirted with me the entire time, and another worker made a joke to his buddy calling me a “dumb b****” right next to my open window as if I couldn’t hear him. It was unbelievable lol, but happy I gave Valvoline another shot. Ladies, if you’re looking for a good spot to get your oil changed where you will actually be respected, come to the North Oak location!

I only go here. Always friendly efficient service. Jay is always extremely thorough and offers me services that other places have not and I appreciate the extra care that he always takes.

This location is fantastic. I had an oil filter housing that was seized on and Tyler got it off after a long time of trying he just kept at it. They also had a new one delivered from an auto parts store and put the new one on. Many thanks to everyone who helped but Tyler went above and beyond!!!

My wife and I both went in to get an oil change together in her car, the service was fast after waiting in line for maybe 30 minutes. The guys there were very nice and we had a 25$ coupon on the oil change and the honored it with no problems. My wife and I then left and we brought my vehicle in right after. We waited much longer this time as they were short staffed. Service was just as good, but much slower which I did not blame them for. He ended up giving me a 20$ discount. Ontop of my own 25$ coupon. Although it took a long time to complete they had excellent customer service.

I came in for an oil change, tail light and tire pressure check. The situation on how I got to this Valvoline was a very scary one but the Men here were so great to me and walked me through the whole process. The prices were also very reasonable. Shout out to Valvoline on N Oak Trafficway. Please keep working hard and having amazing attitudes. You all made a very scary situation for me better.
