Franky's Real Auto is an incredible gem! After searching online for someone I felt that I could trust, I took a chance when I found Franky's, despite the distance we traveled from where we live. Well worth it! Franky's not only found the problem with my mom's car, they had the solution! We had previously taken the car to the dealership multiple times for them to figure out what the problem was, but left unsatisfied because they told us nothing's wrong with the car...each time.
Franky was so genuine and kind. They have the best customer service both over the phone and in person and the technician is great!

This place is heaven sent! They delivered quick, friendly, and outstanding service. They Communicated with me during the entire time and put the cherry on top with a complimentary vacuum. Definitely coming back here to get my car serviced.

Great shop! I usually go to another auto body shop, but they were booked up until the end of the week. I really needed my headlights replaced quick, seeing that I drive at night. Brad really took the time out to install my headlights correctly and realigned my front bumper to do so. Franky also educated me on problems that could arise with my model car, which I thoroughly appreciated as well. I will definitely be coming back for more auto body work in the future.

Franky’s real auto did a amazing job replacing my wife 2014 Kia Rio engine. They have great customer service and kept us informed throughout. The Car rides smooth. Highly recommend! I came in for a check engine light and they gave me a quote and immediately started working on my car. It was fixed with no issues and I left happy with the service. They also did a headlight restoration which was top notch. I will definitely be returning.

I had the most amazing experience at this christian-owned mechanic shop. A true hidden gem! Thank you to Chris and Brad who made a very worrisome car situation end up a breeze. I even got a special car ride to the auto shop to pick up the part vs. ordering it to help save money! Right before the holidays, finding this place was a blessing from God. They even service the shuttle buses from my church,Victory ATL, which made me feel even more comfortable. These guys LED with their faith and it made the difference. Highly recommended!

Oh I had a great experience with Franky's Real Auto shop. I have had not further issues with my vehicle aside from normal maintenance. I truly appreciate your service. They even offered Snap financing which I appreciated. They took care of my Honda made sure to use OEM parts since Honda wants to be particular. Franky’s is a true Gem! I found him and Gabriel on Groupon 3 years ago. When I called to get a price quote for repairs it about my ‘93 Geo Prism. In spite of my old ride, they treated me with respect. They provided honesty advice and work with integrity. I especially appreciate that the are both family men and men of Faith! Franky is a good listener, patient, and he, Brad and Gabriel provides A-1 quality service. They serviced my Geo Prism for 3 years and service my ‘05 Odyssey. Since the first time I called and stepped into there office they provided excellent service. And although they’ve expanded they have remained the same, committed to providing quality service. I have been dealing with Franky for a few years now! Franky has worked on several of my cars including my 86 cutlass supreme, 09 Dodge Charger, and my wife's 09 Honda. Very reliable and honest about the work that needs to be done. He doesn't charge you ridiculous in labor like others would. Very humble and great customer service! Guaranteed quality work for your vehicle. There aren't many people I would personally trust with my vehicles!
