We went to this store for help setting up a prepaid Verizon phone. The Customer Service rep, Mitchell, went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of was incredibly kind and helpful and endured we had a positive experience from check in to check out. He is definitely an asset to the store that should be appreciated.

this is legitimately the best verizon i have ever been in. the costumer service is phenomenal, and the staff is incredibly approachable, understanding, and straight forward. special thanks to Israel, for his outstanding costumer service, his immense help in my situation, and amazing training of his employees. thank you brother!

Went into Verzion and the New Hire of this location Damien was amazing he assist me and fix my Apple Watch and made it back compatible to my phone and it wasn’t working for month but thanks to Damien for taking him time and doing it correctly Damien you really are amazing thank you so much!

I have gone into this store 3 different times, with 3 different guys, Patrick, Mike, and Israel, and they have ALL been so nice and genuinely helpful. To have all 3 experiences be good ones is a rarity. Thanks guys!!!!

The most important thing in customer service is communication. Isreal is TOP NOTCH! This man understands the simplicity of acknowledgment and communication. It goes a long way!!! Came in with a problem and got help immediately, Mitchell got it figured out in about 10 minutes. Nice guy with a good personality. If you come in here ask for him or Mike both guys are awesome!

I went into the store because I can’t figure out how to buy a cube to charge my iPad. Mike and Mitchell figured out I was plugging the wrong end into my iPad. Sigh. Five star service! Friendly, personable, I’ll go back!

My father in law needed a new phone, his was a dinosaur! Israel, the store manager, was wonderful. He has a great sense of humor and is very patient. Keep up the great work Israel!

Israel the store manager was excellent! My wife needed to transfer her phone service to Verizon. He acknowledged us as soon as we walked in his store, asked how he could help us, explained what he would do, explained each step, and solved our need. Perfect experience!

Just upgraded my phone and account, something I had been (dreading) putting off… but, Israel was awesome! He is great at his job and he helped me with every question and want I had. I was in and out way quicker than I feared and I’m posting on my new phone now. 5 Stars Plus!! If you need Verizon assistance, I highly recommend this location.

My family and I walked in on July 5th to get help with my new replacement Android tablet. Israel knew how to help us right away. He resolved our issue with assistance from Verizon Technical Support and explained each issue to us step by step. He had us on our way just as fast as he could. Talk about professional... Israel has INCREDIBLE customer service skills. He turned a frustrating moment into a positive experience before we left. We definitely recommend this store for your Verizon needs.

My mom’s phone would only show a black screen but she could receive calls and messages but she couldn’t see them! Went to the Verizon in Fairhope off 98 and my guy Israel had me in and out in less than 10 minutes with the problem solved! Great customer service and professionalism all the way around! My employer took advantage of a promotion last year and was to receive a substantial credit for her old phone. Due to a family emergency she was not able to get the phone returned in the designated time frame. When she did get the phone in to the store she was told she would receive the full credit due to the circumstances. She hasn’t received any of that credit; we called and the store manager, Israel, called customer service with us and we received confirmation that she would get the full credit. Thanks to Israel!!

Israel was AMAZING! Nowadays when you walk into an electronics store, you are prepared to wait forever and be frustrated. The moment I walked in Israel greeted me with a smile on his face and a kind voice. He made my, normally frustrating experience, an enjoyable one!

It was your typical thursday morning. I woke up and got on my phone realizing it only have way worked and decided to finally go get a new phone. I pulled up to verizon and was greeted by none other than Israel. Israel set me straight with a new phone. Not only was I happy with my new phone, but Israel was also great. If you need wisdom, go to Israel. If you need a laugh, go to Israel. But mostly, if you need to stop by verizon, I would recommend Israel.
