Piggly Wiggly Fairhope

We love the new Piggly Wiggly stores that are popping up. This particular one is different in the way there are businesses inside the store itself. There is a stand alone fresh seafood market, a Bistro with food to go, a poke' bowl/sushi bar, an international food bar, deli and bakery. All of the in store businesses were great. We live in Escambia county FL and will be going back on the regular. Awesome place!

I came today to get lunch, super hungry. I filled my hot plate and was so excited for my chicken and dumplings and all the other little things I got. I went to the register and opened my wallet. My card was gone. My fiance had taken it the night prior and I had no way to pay for it. How embarrassing! Then this angel of a worker without skipping a beat said lunch was on me and paid for it. I'm still in tears thinking about how wonderful human beings can be. Ma'am, I didn't get your name but I hope your pillow stays cold at night. You're truly a wonderful person. Thank you for my yummy lunch. Food was 10/10. I'll pay it forward to someone else in the future. Faith in humanity is restored. Workers here are always nice. There's always a huge selection of goods to choose from. Lots of local things, too. The Pig is the spot. :)

Like walking into a bizzare, complete with fish store, sushi, middle eastern deli as well as down home deli. Smoked ribs and butts are good as well as their $2.00 pulled pork sandwich, which my be rhe best deal in Fairhope. Since the Pig is Unique. The preponderance of Publix openings shouldn't be of concern for those who prefer markets with character.

From the West coast, stopped by this Piggly Wiggly and liked how much variety they had. Especially the beers, so many to choose from.

I really like coming to shop at this store. There us a good variety and very friendly staff.

Great store with honest employees. I recently dropped my wallet in the parking lot- an employee found it and found & messaged me online to let me know it would be at the customer service counter. Bravo to this honest employee going above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you!

They may not be a "one-stop-shop" like Walmart is, but I'll go out of my way to get my groceries here over Walmart anyday.!! They have the things you love, need and want in stock 99% of the time instead of once every 6-12 months if you're lucky like Walmart loves to do. They also have a large selection of foods and such that you won't find at Walmart or a lot of other grocery stores. They have helped keep Andree's alive, they have fresh sushi and sushi rolls made daily and we can't get enough of the Greek shop located inside the store - I can't say enough good about this Piggly Wiggly!! Walmart, in particular, could care less about their customers and that's a huge problem for me, they'll continue to lose as long as all they worry about is lining their pockets even more like the Walton family isn't already one of the richest families in the world. Well, Walton family, maybe you should take notes from these guys because they go above and beyond for their customers....I know it's unlike anything you've ever done. Maybe you should try it out, but I still wouldn't choose your nightmare over the Pig's happiness 😊.

Was pleasantly surprised. Had seafood area where they will steam fresh sprimp for you. Also had a area that was marked "The Goat man" He will make you fresh gyros and has chicken parmesan ( we had both and they were great) lots of other good things too. Well worth the stop

Very nice store. Clean with good choices and prices. If you are looking for good beer and wine selection, Piggly Wiggly is the best! Lots of craft beers and a huge selection of wine. Also a decent butcher department, especially when they run sales on their meat.

I was highly impressed with this store, especially the international goat deli..can I just say wow! The guy is super sweet! I definitely bought more than I needed..I will definitely be back!!

One of the best wine selections on the Eastern Shore. In addition a huge craft beer isle. I don't do a lot of good shopping at the Pig but always visit to get a new bottle of red wine that I have never heard of at an attractive price.

Store is always clean, well lit, and welcoming. They have a great and well priced selection of meat and seafood, one of the best wine and beer sections ive ever seen at any grocery store and the employees are always friendly and helpful. Would definitely reccomend

They have a takeout buffet bar that is great. They also carry a huge selection of wine. Great selection of groceries and a very nice produce section. Fresh seafood is available as well. Fair pricing to top it off.

We always shop for meat here and love the seafood market inside too. To whomever made the blackberry cobbler on the deli bar last friday (9/21) thank you! I haven't had cobbler that good since I was a kid and my mother made it for me.

Love this store! Fantastic selection, both locally sourced and international favorites. Clean. Good prices. Friendly staff. Local seafood market is in the store as well. So glad it's less than a mile from where I live.

1st time in this Piggly Wiggly. Overall appearance is wonderful...very clean, shelves stocked, pretty good selection, courteous staff! Of course being in Fairhope, the prices seem a bit higher and there was a $1 "surcharge "..not sure what that is. Piggly Wiggly is supposed to move into old Winn Dixie store on US 98 in Daphne. I will be shopping there, no doubt! 😊

Piggly Wiggly Fairhope is a clean well managed store. Good prices, great sales, and breadth of product line is awesome. Great quality meats and a lot of local produce make the Pig my personal fave. Lartigue's Seafood located inside has delicious seafood casseroles and other seafood products. I shop there every Friday on my way home from work. The staff is very friendly and did I say the store is clean? Locally owned chain, I like to buy local whenever possible.

Wow. Ordered a few pounds of steamed shrimp and they were cooked to perfection and wonderfully spiced. Thank you!
