My husband and I were seeing Dr. Meredith almost a year ago at Citrus Ridge Medical Center in Davenport. We were basically happy with him but he just suddenly left the practice with no notice... The office wouldn't or couldn't tell us where he went!! I think this location in Polk City is actually a state correctional institution - I assume he was a doctor there and not an inmate!!!

Really unproffesional I call to make an appointment to get an referral for otolaryngology for such as ear wax, in the background a female yells a ear wax and they guy that answer and the female starts laughing . And than put me in hold for 5+ minutes so i hang up. Really unproffesional . Lets me think that this is the same way they take care of the guests.
