I bought an horse levian ring for my wife. My wife loved it . Joann help me pick the perfect gift for my wife. The transaction went smooth and I had the best service. I have bought a lot of jewelry. This store was my best experience.

When I was in there, I had no idea what I my wife would like and I needed help. I asked the clerk, Julia, for any recommendations. She helped me with my choice and simplified the process of making a smart decision. She was a life saver. Awesome store!

I go in there quite a bit to surprise my wife with stuff. Over the past couple of weeks I had a bunch of jewelry appraised that I received after my mother's death. The two ladies I mainly worked with through this process were JoAnn and Rusul. We had almost 20 peices getting appraised. All the staff there is great and I would recommend the store in Daphne to take care of your jewelry needs!

Julia and Joann were very helpful when I was looking for a watch. 👍😎. She was very knowledgeable on stiles and brands. Will be going back. High recommend.

First off, I'd just like to say, that they have the most friendly and helpful staff. Whenever I come in to have my inspections, the ladies are always smiling and having a good time. Rusul, Joann, Julia, and Katlynn are some of the most down to earth and fun people. They really make you feel like more than just a customer, and somehow they are able to keep up with all of their customers happenings. They obviously love what they do, and take a genuine interest in people. I love coming to this Kay, even though it's out of the way for me, I stop by them when I can. Thank you guys for being awesome, and making a routine thing something to look forward to! See you in February!

The engagement ring that I had now had for five years kept loosing diamonds every couple of months. I was so frustrated with this happening. Luckily, every time I went into Kay’s to get it sent off I dealt with the same sweet girl, Elizabeth. Elizabeth was always very understanding and apologetic. After about the fourth time of loosing a diamond Elizabeth told me she would talk to her manager to see if they could get me a new ring or just pick out a completely different one. I sent it off that time and believe it or not, four months later a diamond was missing again. I went back up to Kay’s and luckily Elizabeth was there and I didn’t even have to explain to her what happened, she remembered every detail we had talked about. I ended up picking out a simple solitaire ring. I hated having to change the ring design but luckily because of Elizabeth’s AMAZING customer service and patience the process was a breeze! Every Kay store needs an Elizabeth in their store!
