Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando-Ocoee East

After driving for so many miles, it was great to be greeted with such great services with smiles.
Juan and front desk team greeted and accommodated us patiently with all smiles.
He was very helpful from check - in to
check -out. This hotel was very accommodating. It serves delicious hot breakfast set up by the friendly / helpful Ms. Evelin, has very nice clean, comfortable and safe rooms.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Annabella and Martha sure go out of the way. Preparing breakfast, Getting everything prepared, and Cleaning up everything. Customers will make such messes but they end up cleaning it up right away. They also give off amazing vibes of the natural sweet people they are! The customer service they gave is reasons I'd come back 🥰🥰🥳🥳

It's a great place to stay, lovely rooms & staff plus there's a pool, a jacuzzi and Gym to use as you please! They have free breakfast every morning for a couple of hours and a small pantry area up by the front desk where you can buy Snacks & Drinks. Besides Housekeeping skipping our room a couple of times it was nothing asking the front desk didn't solve. I would DEFINITELY stay there again!!🙂

I checked in last Sunday. Was supposed to be there for only one night but ended staying 2 nights all of the staff were awesome. But there was one guy named Nino that just went above and beyond. From the time I walked in those doors and every time I walked out of them, wether it was to run to the store or to go somewhere to get a bite to eat. I was sad he wasn’t there by checkout time for me because I wanted to thank him personally. I will definitely be staying over again and I will most definitely recommend any and everyone to this hotel. The breakfast selection was perfect as well. Good job to your staff Holiday Inn Expeess.

The property was nice, though some of the guests no so much. Beds comfortable, rooms clean, breakfast was good. The pool area sufficed. The girl at the front desk with the long braids.... absolutely wonderful. She remembers her guests and was absolutely wonderful under the pressure of the rush during check out in the morning. She was so sweet to my son, always with a smile and a kind word. Will visit again when in town.

Had arrived late due to travel plans. Was greeted very enthusiastically by the night host. Check in went very smooth. The room was pleasant and clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast had plenty of food and the lady preparing the food was very nice. Would recommend this hotel to anyone

The rooms are nice but the outside noise is a little overwhelming.

This is a nice hidden away location. The towels are so soft, and the bed feels so good, the mattress is firm. Because of covid-19 the breakfast is carryout. The staff is very respectful and loving. The bathroom 🚻 has handrails on two walls, enough for anyone that is handicapped. I could roll my wheelchair in the bathroom without any problem. You would love your stay at this location.

They rock! Room was very spacious, with small kitchenette. Stayed here for 4 days after Irma knocked out our power. Though they don't normally allow pets, they did make an exception for Irma victims, which was so nice of them. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Thea at the front desk. And they have a great hot breakfast daily as well! Very well run, clean rooms and great service!

Our experience in the hotel from check in to check out was quick, pleasant and just what we needed from our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved all the amenities in the room, especially the small fridge and coffeemaker as well as breakfast in the morning.

Stayed here with my mom for an interview in Orlando and a mother-daughter night out. Staff was very accommodating to us needing a late checkout. Everything was very nice and clean. Kurig coffee maker in the room as well as the standard blow dryer and iron. Very comfortable beds. Good free breakfast. They also have a well stocked snack room (items for purchase). While I was at my interview my mom walked around the hotel, sat by the pool, and outside by the front entrance. She enjoyed herself.

all the people were kind besides the middle eastern woman who checked me and my family out question me about a coffee maker that was never in our room and a tray that my son had mistakenly left in the breakfast area the morning before. Like get real we paid 122 a night and left a 10 tip for maid services we no thieves. The beds are wonderful. The woman who prepares and does the breakfast does a excellent job at keeping the area clean and well stocked with food items she even offer my son a to go bag for breakfast.

Always an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Express. This stay was special, with a late check in, as tired as we were, Veronica at the front desk, was very helpful and welcoming; a great professional. Made it to our clean, new, spacious room. Spent the night in great silence, the double-pane windows do a good job blocking outside noise. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, variety of choices, all fresh and nutritious. Nice to rely on a Holiday Inn Express and IHS, proud to be a member, those of you thinking about it; don't think too much; it is worth it, we are looked after. A big thank you to the Staff of this Holiday Inn Express, who work so hard, at making our stay the best experience. Always.

Great experience. First stay at an HIE. All of my needs were met for this business trip. Modern and well-kept. Good location if you need easy access to downtown Orlando and Metro West area. Room was quiet despite hotel being adjacent to the 408. Great variety of restaurants along West Colonial; Caribean cuisine is concentrated in the area around hotel, while closer to downtown lie many good Vietnamese establishments. Would have gladly stayed longer. Recommended.

I didn't stay; my uncle did. But I liked the front desk service presented by Vanessa. We couldn't print the CoViD test result off the business center, and she let us email her, then she printed for my uncle so that he can go on his cruise the next day.

I love this hotel. It has shampoo, conditioner and liquid bath soap. And dove at the sink to wash our hands.
This is a very good hotel to stay at.
And their breakfast is pretty good as well.

Clean grounds and lobby. The rooms are nice and it looks like they are doing some remodeling to rooms. The tile shower was a nice surprise. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay awesome breakfast choices and complementary coffee. The staff was friendly most especially teril she was very helpful throughout our stay. Outstanding employee.

Guy at the front desk was awesome. The hotel is quiet. They have a work out room and a pool. Free breakfast in the morning. The rooms are very clean and quiet spacious.

Very nice all the workers are nice and I love how they offer us drinks and stuff when we walk in but you have to pay and they have a laundry room and ice machine and my favorite part is the pool the pool is clean and open they also have spa or a jacuzzi l love it☺
