Audrey is the best salesman she’s has been extremely helpful to me with all my questions she spent tremendous amount of time resolving the issues. I suggest management to increase her pay and promote her to next level cus she deserves it and I appreciate all her dedication and commitment towards job.

Our son’s special needs chair handle lost a screw. I went to Home Depot hoping to find a screw with knot that fit right. An infinite isle of screws 😱

Renee was fantastic in helping me get some Ryobi cordless tools. While she was helping me, she was answering questions for other people, being cheerful and getting additional help for them. She even took my stuff to the checkout while I ran to get something else. That is GREAT service!

Felt as if I was at a Lowe's (that alone should you what you need to know about this place ... attendees were helpful...as the restrooms were still clean and this was at 6P.M. so I'm happy with my visit and will be back as soon as physically possible.

Bree in hardware great customer service.She was extremely helpful. However, Todd the manager refused to honor the ridgid deal because it ended one day earlier and the deal was still been promoted in the floor. First time I see a store not honoring a deal that is still in the floor

Awesome location. Easy to find heading east on Colonial (50).
Very friendly staff. Nicely stocked. Still has a garden area with fruit trees, indoor and outdoor plants.

I like Home Depot more than Lowe’s. Better pricing and larger selection. Typically there sales are really good as well.

We’ve had a Pro Account for several years now. Deal alerts, discounts and service is great. Rene, Andres, Janea, Shakira, Julio (just to name a few) are always therewith great customer service or to resolve any order hiccups. Highly recommend the W. Colonial store.

Great prices and selections on higher quality outdoor patio furniture and cushions! Stopped next door in Olie's for the first and last time. Pillows and umbrellas there were more expensive yet lower quality with a hodge podge selection of pillows. I will stick with tried & true Home Depot. Thank you!

We love Home Depot!! So many things to choose from. It's a huge store, so look up stuff before you head there. It will tell you bay #.

I am at home depot far too much. Employees recognize me and ask when I work next, and sometimes they wonder where my apron is. Maybe I can get a discount if I play along. I even do a mean impression of the self checkout register automated voice verbatim. I wish home depot had some particular items in store though, and some if the employees don't particularly sell customer service roles, but, rather avoidingly, stock the shelves and maintain a low profile to avoid customer interaction, and when interaction occurs it's the minimum of effort that's given. Alternatively there are great employees too! Ultimately it's better than lowe's and that's fine by me. I think home depot should have a program where you work for a few shifts to cover the cost of materials for your next projects... You know? Like work 3 eight hour shifts and you can take plywood and some drill bits, sand paper, and paint as payment. Just a simple contract agreement and no other paperwork. A jack of all trades, diy factotum/guru should inhabit the section of lumbar where there is really never an employee present, in order to guide diy'ers in the proper direction to maintain budget, course, and completion of the home owners project. This would give a more personal feel. I've said enough. Have a nice day and enjoy!

I went with my boss to buy a ridgid hammer drill and the shelf was empty. We got help immediately and they were able to get it from the top shelves. The staff was fast, courteous and professional! I always love coming here! Thanks!

Home Depot employees here were extremely helpful and went above and beyond what they needed to do to help me find what I needed. The store was clean, well stocked and organized. The checkout was quick and easy. Will definitely come back if I ever need additional construction material or tools.

I love this home depot Kaemyna and Jenee at the pro desk are awesome especially Kaemyna she is always so helpful and very knowledgeable never give me a hard time like that old man name Gerry who is very rude every day
