Provident Grand Luxury Short Term Residences

My family and I recently stayed here for our Christmas vacation. We had a very good stay. The room was spacious, it felt like home away from home. Full kitchen with utensils etc. Publix is just downstairs, great!!! We would definitely return and also tell our friends and family. The overall experience was great. The only downside is the check in experience. I'm not quite sure if that's how it is anytime of the day or week, but when we arrived, we were checked in by the building staff, not the Provident Grand staff. Also, the young lady wasn't pleasant at all. It was like she wanted to just give us our key/FAB and get we from in front of her. "I don't work for Provident Grand"; they'll be back in office on Monday...sigh. After a long flight the last thing you want is to be greeted unprofessionally. I guess that's just how she is because during our stay we were greeted very well by the other building staff and Provident Grand staff. The Stay was GREAT, nonetheless.

It was a great experience! The room was so beautifully decorated and clean. Liz was extremely helpful and paid great attention to detail to provide me with all my needs!

Elisabet and Maral did such a wonderful job welcoming us into the penthouse for my best friend's birthday. Staff was warm and inviting throughout our stay and the facilities are spotless. We like the provident grand because its so close to everything, food, shopping, major highways.
Amenities were great. the apartment was luxurious. We felt like superstars.

Liz is THE BEST!! I have referred several friends and family that were visiting Miami and Liz always goes Above & Beyond to ensure their stay is nothing less than perfect, from the time of booking until they checkout! She is always attentive and quick to reply to any requests or needs. She's sent them short videos of the rooms, to familiarize them with the unit, which is incredibly helpful.
This is the only place I recommend to anyone visiting Miami as their units are incredibly clean, spacious, and the kitchens are stocked with everything! The building is located in the heart of Downtown Doral and within walking distance to endless restaurants, shops, gym, barber shop, and library. The best part is there is a Publix at the end of the block. It is also in close proximity to the Palmetto Expressway/826 and Dolphin Expressway/836.

AMAZING HOSPITALITY & DETAILS!!! Most definitely an understatement. I’ve stayed in plenty luxury rentals but yet to experience what I did for my birthday at this location. They go way beyond anyone’s expectations.

The first night I walked in I was surprised with a greeting and personalized room to certain things I enjoy in life. It’s in the details for me. Any minor issue like a for example needing another towel or cover sheet, they attended right away with quick timing. So for those of you that has dealt with that before you know how timing is everything to us.

We stayed with the kids 2 times in 2 different apartments. What makes this place truly a great experience apart from the clean, modern rooms is the staff. The staff that cares. They all are here to help and they will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and address any issues if they arise (a few hurdles that were addressed and they will have always the customer in mind). Nobody's perfect, but they are pretty close :)
I would come back here in the future. 100% recommend it.

We Ioved our 2 bedroom unit. Full kitchen living room and a dinning area. Our balcony has a spectacular view. Beautifully decorated and very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The building was built a year ago. Publix supermarket is across the street and there is a variety of restaurants in the area. It is a safe environment.
Elisabet, Senior Manager, is very accommodating. She made our check-in easy. Any questions or concerns Elisabet is the person we dealt with throughout our stay. She is very welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you guys for an amazing hospitality.

I have stayed here many times. The rooms are spacious, modern, comfortable and clean. The area is quiet but with everything available such as restaurants, bars, pharmacies and spas . The host Jessica is really nice, knowledgeable and tries to accommodate every request. Truly recommended.

Amazing luxury lifestyle! Such an easy check in. Impressive front desk to greet you, with Provident Grand office right there to welcome guests! Easy instructions for check in, keyless lock, parking and regulations, as well as recommendations. Maral was incredibly helpful, able to answer all questions, and Liz and Yordan, her assistants carried through all the details. Those ladies are worth their weight in gold!
My apt. 305 was situated with a view of the greenery of the palm trees from the park across the street. Evfreeery day, there was a majestic sunrise, different from the last! Down the street is restaurant row with an international array of choices. And the best is Doral Yard, where they have live music every weekend. Such a fun place with lots of great energy! And next door is a massage business, as well as a clinic and coffee shops. In the other direction is a huge supermarket. Everything is new in that part of Doral. No crime at all and peaceful town. And it's only 8 miles from the airport. Without question, this will serve to warrant a return visit!

The facility is very clean and has excellent amenities- what a great gym and office workspace. The maintenance team fixed minor issues quickly and the management staff is excellent. For anyone looking for an extended stay or even a short stay in the downtown Doral area, Provident Grand has everything you need.

What an excellent vacation we had!! Management team is extremely helpful, the building is top notch and the location cannot be better. Close to everything you need - supermarket, playground, great restaurants, even a library.
The building is brand nee and has a gym, playroom and a pool on property. Lovely stay! We will definitely be back.

I’m a traveling nurse and I always stay here while in Miami. The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure I have a great stay. Elizabeth is there at anytime to respond to my text if there’s ever any issues. I would definitely recommend.

Elisabeth took care of our group reservation. So much support and always willing to help. I have only gratitude and great experiences during our stay.

I stayed here for 6 months for work this place the very clean the staff is very great the 3 girls in the office will help you with anything you need, the building is very new and parking is very safe gated ramp. i felt my company truck was safe all night, the neighborhood is amazing with publixs right next door and many shops within walking distance. almost every night there is a live band playing outside it is great. the building is right next to a great park to walk around and only 15min from the airport. i had the golf course view and was very pretty sunsets. i will be staying here everytime i come down to miami for work, price is perfect. thank you so much for the stay

Where do I begin? The location is perfect. You are approximately 30 mins from the beach, 10 mins from the airport, 10 mins from the closest mall, and the grocery store is just steps away. There are several restaurants located in the yard surrounding the building and at night if you are facing the rear of the building you can hear a live band playing and watch the planes fly by. It’s super quiet and well kept. The manager, Maral is super accommodating. I am here working via contract for the the next several months and she has helped make my stay stress free and pleasant. I highly recommend Provident Grand if you’re ever in the area.

I got a Studio (with kitchen) for 3 weeks. Excellent cleaning, excellent view, excellent furniture and kitchen endowment. My staying was absolutely confortable at any level.
And the girls at the Guest Office took care of my staying supporting any needing with the highest professionality.

I want to thank all the staff at Provident Grand Luxury Residences for facilitating such a wonderful transition in my living arrangements. Elizabeth along with the rest of the staff welcomed us since the day we toured the property. We felt at home instantly. We looked at other living options, but what we needed was about 1 to 2 months rental. No other building in Miami allows short term rentals like the Provident Grand does. The shortest lease in most buildings is 6-8 months. They offer furnished or unfurnished units, by the day, week, or month. I only needed a furnished studio for my needs. My house sold quicker than I expected and the home where I am moving too was still under construction so this building was ideal for my situation. No need to waste money on a long lease I was not going to use completely. Miami hotels are also very pricey if you want the quality and luxury this building offers at a competitive price. They have a variety of options from studios to 1,2,3 bedrooms, with fully equipped kitchens. If you want to live it up in Miami, they also have Penthouses available. You really cant go wrong with any unit. Great balconies and views. The building has state of the art gym that was an asset to me in my weight loss journey. The struggle is real when you want to shed some pounds. Take it one day at a time. Consistency is the key to achieve any goal in life. The building and the area is wonderful to say the least. Everything is in walking distance , no need to move your car once you get home. Publix groceries is directly across the street. Great park across the street as well with a playground for kids and walking paths for exercise, or to walk your dog. To the south of the building you have a boulevard with multiple restaurants and bars. I have a beautiful dog named lulu, and her pet spa is at the boulevard as well. Every week the street is closed to traffic and starting Wednesday nights and on, through Sundays live bands perform on the street. People from the general vicinity come and spend the afternoon/nights there. Great place for families and friends. 15min from Miami beach and downtown Miami. 5 to 10min from Miami international airport. Very good and safe location to stay while visiting Miami, or staycation in my case. We have made great friendships here. I will never forget the time I spent at the Provident Grand. I pray that God blesses this wonderful establishment and its amazing staff. May it be a blessing to you and your family, as it has been a blessing to me and my family. May God bless us all...

Stayed here for 7 nights and I had a great experience! The office and building was super clean and kept up. Liz assisted me for any questions or concerns I had through out my stay.definitely I would choose to stay here again with them. Thank you 😊

My stay here started off very rough and rocky due to miscommunication across several parties involved. Management went out of their way to figure everything out and get me and my party taken care of. Once that was done it was a flawless time and great views of the park right in front of the property. The staff was more than willing to assist and help with any questions we may have had.
