Very nice customer service !!! The manager named Valeria Perez provided me with my new phone and was very attentive with me.

I had an excellent experience with the AT&T store located in downtown Doral on 87th Ave. The staff was friendly, competent and very helpful. From now on I will continue to go there for all my cell phone purchases and services. The store manager is great and personally assisted me to resolve my needs.

Staff was very courteous and assisted in purchasing two new phones for me and my wife. They explained the process for getting credit for my old phones and all the options that were available to me. They greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and immediately assisted with my purchase. I’ve been a customer for over 30 years

I had some one steal my phone over the weekend. I decided to file a claim with Asurion (insurance). 3 days later I'm calling for a status only to be told that the devices are on back order and wont be arriving for 7 to 10 business days. I was livid as this was not disclosed to me during the time that I filed the claim. Pretty worked up I made my way to this ATT store. When I walked in I'm sure I looked like dracula. I was assisted by this wonderful young woman who was very understanding!! Aside from assisting me in buying my new iphone 8 plus, she also tried to get me the best possible plan. Every single employee in the store was amazingly nice, understanding and so helpful! I can't recommend this location enough. Thank you!!!
