I had some good coupons, and then they had so good sales, great day at Joanns

Oh my gosh, I am from Up state of SC and am a Joanns customer there. But this store was amazing so much bigger and a wider selection of fabrics. The people were very accommodating and personable.

I can’t remember her name but I believe it was Kayla or Tayla. She was awesome cashier, I told her I was trying to buy items online but there was a glitch and my order couldn’t go thru. So can use the online code for the in person store discount. She was totally understand and in fact there was a system glitch that morning around the same time I was trying to order online. So she asked her manager and I was able to get the 25% on top of the already sale items!! So happy! Thank you!

Cannot say enough good things about Brian Gagne the manager at this location. He goes above and beyond consistently for his customers. Is incredibly patient and hardworking. This is the BEST Joann location and we absolutely love this store and it’s staff. Including miss Dalisay and miss Denise. :)

Manager Lindsay was very professional, listened to a concern that I had, and took care of an issue. I appreciate that she was putting me as the customer first! Thanks and will shop there again soon!

Barbara was so very helpful. This is my local Joanns, but I would drive a bit to shop at this store. Lovely staff. (and I used to drive over the Buchman to shop there) It is consistently well stocked.

Went in looking for rope for basketball ball shorts for our son's team to replace as team jerseys are about 100 dllrs apiece. Was able to find what we needed and get it cut down to amount we needed. Paid .99 a yard couldnt beat price. You can always locate a 40% or 50% coupon for them simply by searching for joann coupons! Love that about them!!!

Visited last week with my mom. My first time ever in a J Joann's. Our cashier Cliff was awesome with information and had a winning personality 👏

Customer Service was excellent. We arrived at 8:45pm with a list of specific fabrics that I needed to find. Whitney was so helpful. Although, we weren't able to locate one of my items, she spent a good amount of time helping me look and was so pleasant while doing so. I was able to find an alternate fabric and was able to fill my list. We checked out at 9:02pm and the cashier was just as nice. Thanks so much! I will be back... With more time to spend.

Did not know they had beads on sale until I walked in. Had a Fantastic experience. The checkout guy was so nice and helped me get the store App for future reward purchases.

Always a good experience shopping at this location. Lots of variety in fabrics, employees are helpful, there is always a sale or a coupon. I find prices to be reasonable and competitive.

The employees were very nice and helpful. There was a young woman at the fabric counter tonight was very helpful with my fabric, and listen to me blabber on about my sewing project very patiently. Debbie and Beth were super helpful when they checked me out too.

My daughter took a sewing class with Ms Linda! She was absolutely amazing. She’s very skilled and was patient with the entire class for Sewing101. I loved her level of expertise, but her ability to communicate across all levels from my daughter up to the adults in the class.

It was very busy. The had a single line going to 4 registers. I waited in line for about 5 minutes. They had two registers that were not manned. I felt that the line was moving along in an appropriate timey manner. At the store there were a large number of shelves that did not seem to be stocked. This may be because of inventory practices for the new year. Unstocked shelves might have been the result of revamping the shelves for the next holiday. Customer relations is very good as the staff seemed friendly and helpful. Christmas items at 70% off which is appropriate for the timing. They are currently bringing in stock for St Patrick's day. Will definitely go back to shop at this store.
