The Home Depot

The Home Depot installers, installed this beautiful, brand new carpet in my house yesterday. Their installers are professional and very knowledgeable. They glued down the new padding and stretched the new carpet into place in every room. They only did seams where they were absolutely necessary in three places. The 12' x 71' foot carpet roll was fresh made at the Shaw mill. It arrived on Wednesday and was installed Thursday morning. The price was $2.45 sq ft for: 6lb padding with moisture guard, carpet and install. I upgraded to posturepedic padding with a moisture guard for .29 cents more. Overall I'm really happy with this carpet. It smells great and it feels really soft.

I’ve never been in a more friendly, helpful, clean and organized Home Depot anywhere in the country. I was helped by three delightful people, Montez, Sam, and Malia. Each one of them has a servant, personality and heart. I am hooked. I love this store.

My go to home depot! They always have a good selection in stock. Lowes is still my favorite as they have better lighting, more open isles and it's easier to find stuff. But this HD is better than the rest in the area, is much cleaner.

Love this home depot and the fact they have many well sought after plants . I love the return policy if one dies . Picked this beautiful hoya up for $20 . Store is always clean and had a wide range of products

This is a well organized store. The employees today are not as knowledgeable as they were a decade ago. They do try hard.

Matt from the garden center was extremely professional and helpful today. I walked in with a chainsaw blade, expecting someone just to be able to tell me what type I needed. I did not have the brand, make, or model number. He was so patient and helpful that it took us a little while to find it online, and then he matched it up for me. He had a smile and was pleasant the entire time. I was getting frustrated with myself, so I wouldn't have blamed him if he did as well. I wanted to find Dave to tell him what a great job his employee was doing today. I just didn't have time, so thank Matt for saving my Sunday!!

I give it 5 stars for convenience. Customer service only gets a 2 at most. (Service desk & manager specifically.)

Had an issue with old appliance removal, but Home Depot compensated me for it. I would purchase from them again.

Visit was to return an item that I purchased and then discovered that I didn't need. Return was handled in a friendly and professional way.

Customer service is amazing! Aaron in outdoor/garden helped me and my daughter with 2 chaise lounge chairs. He even brought them out to the car to see if they'd even fit in her backseat... they didn't so he took them back in and stood at customer service counter and waited with us. He was very friendly!
Jackie in customer service was so friendly and helpful also.

If you're building new or renovating something at your home or another's they have what you need here. And then some.

I was picking up concrete and it was raining hard and I had no one to watch my stuff while I went and got my work vehicle. One of your employee's (Adam) went our of his way to watch my cart for me and even helped me load the concrete up. He showed great professionalism and work ethic.

The fella in the plumbing department of the Middleburg location is awesome. I had some parts picked out individually and he showed me a kit that save me about $20 over buying them individually. These reports for a double element water heater. He's very knowledgeable and very eager to help. Kudos to the plumbing department at the Middleburg Home Depot!

Love love this Home depot, Joe was such a great help. He answered most all our questions, even walked the store with us to find an answer lol. Then we went back following week to get more stuff, and there he was again to help us load everything without us even asking. Now to me, that's wonderful customer service. Thanks again Joe

Clean, well kept store inside and out. Fully stocked and employees always close by if assistance is needed. They don't have Tap 2 Pay but were more than happy to manually enter my card info. Better than the lake city home depot who flat out said "No, we don't do that" when they obviously do for phone sales

Their customer service in store is great. I’ve had some complicated returns and they always help me resolve my issue.
This particular location has great employees who are helpful when I’m standing in a aisle looking “lost”
