But I’ve been up here a couple times now and unlike most parts stores, this entire staff seems pretty knowledgeable. Only Dummies I seem to meet up here are on my side of the counter.

Josh is really cool about helping me find some bolts for my bike and he even let me borrow a tool to put them on!!! Usually I hit O’Reilly’s but I’ll be back to this one instead!

Needed new wipers, didn't know what size etc. Sales lady was very helpful, looked them up, size etc and replaced the new ones for me. Very nice, and guess what? It started raining as I left, very satisfied.

Our van broke down on a road trip, we limped to the nearest autozone because we knew they did free diagnostics. All the staff were helpful and very friendly, but Sherry’s advice literally saved us from a very costly repair!

Always go here when I need car parts. The staff are very helpful and kind!

Came in looking for a bolt for a shock, unfortunately they did not have what I was looking for but the employee that assisted me was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help.

Came in thinking I needed a battery. Sure enough, that's what it was.
The employee that worked with me, pretty sure his name was Michael (from the Virgin Islands) was awesome! Knowledgeable, considerate, and competent.
It's rare these days to get that kind of service. I hope the manager recognizes the value of his employee. That guy definitely deserves appreciation for being a quality employee.

Went to Auto Zone on Wickham Rd because my battery was dead or dying.
Nick the Manager saw that the battery was still under warranty and installed another one and had me on my way in minutes.
He was friendly, knowledgeable and knew what hew was doing.
I like this Store for all my Auto parts and Auto accessories. You will too.

I must say, Sherri, the CSM at store # 4448 was so amazing to me! I needed a new battery in my FOB, and I had been to 2 other stores that REFUSED to even try to open the FOB. Sherri took my fob and looked up on YOUTUBE how to get it done! What a special human being she is!!

Came in with a dead battery. The store manager Nick was super helpful and very nice. He tested my battery, replaced it with a new one and had me back up and running in no time. Thanks Nick!

They had what I needed (spark plug wires for my 78 VW), were helpful and got me on my way quickly.

Outstanding staff! Had a great experience with tech Ryan Kilmer. He answered my questions, didn't try and sell me something I didn't need. It's comforting to know there is a place you can trust to do right by the customer.

I went to autozone because I thought my alternator was broken. Justin was so nice and came outside to do some tests turns out it was just my battery. I bought my battery there and Michael installed it for me. Both men were very nice and did not try to upsell me or trick me into spending more money. I will most definitely come back to this location for any of my cars needs! Thank you guys!!!

Store #4448 Nicholas Jimenez was very helpful and helped me out when another parts store would not. Put the new battery in the company truck and was very professional about it. We need more managers like him. Thank you for the great costumer service.

I had an issue with my car and they had the belt in stock. When I went out to replace it I realized the entire alternator bracket had broken in half. While I was looking at the engine bay, an associate came out and asked if I needed any assistance and I really felt like he cared about what was going on with my vehicle. I was happy to hear that he was an ASE certified mechanic as well and that input is very valuable.

The associate offered to help me get the part the next day as well. It was a very hot day and they set up chairs inside for my kids and wife to wait while I set up a tow truck and were incredibly friendly and helpful the entire time.

Stellar customer service and I would highly recommend heading to this location for anything you need, information or parts. I really cant stress how positive my experience was!

Amazing customer service. Both managers there, help me immensely. One of my windshield wipers that I just installed on my car, came off my car on 95. Not only did they get me a new windshield wiper to replace it, they installed it in the pouring rain, and didn’t charge me. I will from now on always go to this Autozone for all my car parts . TY Nick and other manager (sorry I can’t remember your name ).

All fantastic staff here. Sherri in commercial is particularly special, a great asset to the company & should be recognized for her determination & friendly, outgoing attitude. I was looking for parts that weren't easy to find, where Sherri refused to give up. Thank you Sherri! Dave is also incredibly friendly and always offers great advice. Store mgr Dan is always friendly & accommodating. The newer staff is also fantastic. Thank you all & keep up the great work!

Michael was excellent identifying my problem. Battery was weak. He tested battery and it was fine. He tested the alternator and it was not charging the battery. Replacing the alternator.

The attendant was very friendly and helpful we brought some engine oil and other stuff he was very knowledgeable about his job and he has good customer service he also offered us a discount on some of the items that we bought i would not hesitate to go back to that Auto Zone Auto Parts location or recommend it to anyone good job Auto Zone.
