Al Helms Dog Park

By far the nicest dog park I've ever been to. Well manicured, water areas, bag station, 2 areas (one for larger and one smaller dogs.) Also benches under cover for us to sit in shade. Very nice dog park!

Great park for the dogs except for the lady with the big white dog that is aggressive. She continuously brings her big dog into the small dog side, where it shows aggressive behavior towards the other dogs. And when she is confronted, she becomes really hostile and defensive. She also has two corgis, so keep an eye out!

Nice park for dogs. Separate areas for dogs of differing sizes. Most people are pretty good about cleaning up behind their dogs. Parking is ample. Fresh running water for your dog is available by hose.

Excellent area for dogs. Large and smaller areas. Shade and seats for owners. We go there weekly.

My Dog Katie loves this place !!! This park has fresh water spigots to fill your dog bowls with fresh cold water ... And there are separate fenced-in pens for small dogs and large dogs. Great place.

It was Great- Gandolf has a wonderful time when we go. People are usually friendly as well as the dogs that people bring there. They have 3 different fences in areas that dogs can go in. They got a big water bowl- some dogs jump in to.cool off. They have a port a let and they have benches to sit on. They also have a walking track and a get a book give a book return with a picnic table under the trees where you can sit and read or whatnot.

The owners and dogs are very friendly. The area is spacious and there are dog pools and buckets for the dogs to stay cool and hydrated

Great space for dogs to run around, doggy bags provided for clean up, fire hydrant and water feature. Several benches to sit with some shade cloths above them.

This is the first dog park that I've ever taken my dog to and she was very welcomed by The neighborhood. They have two extremely large fenced-in areas and a baby pool with a hose plenty of bowls for the dogs to drink out of. I was very impressed and everyone including the pups made us feel welcome. We will definitely be back I recommend it!

This is the perfect place to bring your dogs. All sizes and ages. There are multiple separate areas. And lots of shade with benches and trees. Definitely coming back.

The park was very clean. There's different sides for large dogs and small dogs. There's benches with plenty of shade and some have awnings. Water is located in each area. There is a gated entrance to bring your pet in and then another gate to unleash your pet. There's plenty of parking.

My dog, Romeo, loves going to this dog park. The dogs and the people are friendly. Romeo is a small dog and I appreciate that the people who use the park take their larger dogs to the large dog side. This allows the small dogs a chance to play without feeling threatened.

This was a good dog park, I couldn't get my dog to use the restroom at the hotel that we had, they didn't trust the grass that they had there. So I had to drive 10 miles from where I was staying at just for my dog to use the bathroom 🤦 yes I cleaned up after my own dog, I recommend you do the same so that we all can enjoy the dog park. Thanks for having it!

What a beautiful park! Plenty of shade and benches to sit on. Very large area for small dogs and even larger for big dogs. Such a wonderful amenities for our neighborhood.

Always a good place to bring your dog. Dog pool big space. Plenty for other family members to do

This is a great place to take your dog if you like your dog socialized and to play with other dogs. There are two separate play grounds: one for dogs less than 30 lbs and other for bigger dogs. You will see good amount of dogs in both side. If you are going during winter/ non day light saving time, make sure you go early around or before 4.30. Most people will be out by 5 - 5.15. You may find one or two dogs around sometimes. Tired dog is a good dog. Yeah, they will sleep well on the days you visit the park.
