Went in on 4/17 to look at purchasing a vehicle. I met Landon who became my sales rep. From the minute I met him I knew he was different than anyone I had previously talked to. I’d been to at least 5 different dealerships in town, and when I tell you he was hands down one of the best people I’ve ever met or dealt with I mean that! He took the time to listen to my situation and was willing to help me find the best fit for my family! I came in close to closing and he took the time with me, helped me find something that was perfect. I filled out paperwork and that next morning woke up to them telling me I could come pick up my car! The buying experience was by far the easiest I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. Paperwork took about an hour and I was driving away in my 2019 Toyota Highlander. Landon is truly what made this experience worth it! He’s personable and I truly felt that he cared about who he was making a deal with, it wasn't “just a sale” to him. I am beyond thankful that I went to ford nation. They offered more for my trade than anyone else in town and where others were unwilling to work with me, wanted a crazy amount down, or just tried to push vehicles that wouldn’t work for my large crew. Landon and his team (Will was our finance guy) blew everyone else out of the water, truly listened and got me into something that my kids are comfortable and feel safe in. If you need to buy a car go see Landon, he’s hands down the best, and truly cares about what he does! I am beyond thankful, you won’t be disappointed.

Very good service Alicia is a fantastic service advisor and they have always taken great care of my Mach 1 and have been great at working with my schedule. As well as being able to work in mounting and balancing aftermarket wheels to the factory tires while I had it in for service.

As a first time customer at AutoNation Ford. Everyone there was very helpful and professional , the waiting area was clean and stocked with goodies to eat and a big screen tv while waiting . My car was there for an oil change and tire rotation. They kept my car clean while in their position, and had it back to me in a timely matter . . As a first time car buyer, it can be a tricky and daunting experience however, everyone that I dealt with especially the salesman Landon Bruffett went above and beyond to get me into a reliable car as soon as he could! From the time I drove on the lot to buy a truck, to when I drove it off the lot after buying it, everyone at the Autonation Ford in Panama city was very professional and I wasn't ever pressured to buy something I didn't want to buy. We purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer ST from AutoNation Ford and had a great experience. We were given a fair price for our 2013 Explorer, and we made a fairly quick deal on the price of the 2020. Landon was a wonderful sales representative and made the entire process efficient and pleasant. Will definitely recommend Landon and AutoNation to others!

First off, I didn't buy the car at AutoNation. I chose to spend $7,000.00 more on a new one even though the very slightly used one only has 600 miles on it. Go figure.
I dealt with a salesman named Zachary. Zachary was great! He was energetic and actually made the experience kinda fun. He didn't waste my time and was straight up with me about the cost and fees. Zachary did everything he could to get me into the vehicle, including dropping the price for me.
I bought the same car but brand new elsewhere, and my only regret was that Zachary wasn't my salesman. I can't say I've had a better experience at a car dealership even though I didn't buy the car. Zachary even kept in touch and congratulated me after I bought another vehicle somewhere else.

Landon was the best sales representative.. He was always there when he said he would be and bent over backwards to help get the car of her dreams. He was respectful, courteous and a true Southern gentleman..

We visited Auto Nation a total of 3 times in a span of 2 days and test drove a LOT of cars . The first day we arrived we were greeted by Landon. He was patient , not a pushy car salesman and he knew a lot about every car we drove. We test drove many cars and he was right there with us guiding us through this nightmare of a process of getting a teenager a car . We wanted something safe , reliable , and budget friendly.
