Y’all this was the best Customer Service Ever!!! I had been struggling with finding a car..I went to three dealerships before I cane here! When I tell you they went above and beyond honey! I left there in tears!!! Happy tears! My original car had a recall on it from kia.. A 2015 optima! They refused to fix it! Joe Helped me to sort all of it out! And put me in a great car!! Truly a blessing!! They were so nice ! From the receptionist to the seller!! Y’all make sure y’all go see Joe, Amber, and Anas! They were awesome! They made the process so easy! And they even had empathy! Which is unheard of from a dealership!I hugged all there necks before I left! Whew! God is good! No more cutting off at the light, or clanking up the highway!! Thank you Joe and Amber!!

Anas listened really well to gauge my vibe and what I wanted/needed to accommodate me. The whole crew there made sure to go out of their way to make sure I left with a car too which I wasn’t even sure was happening. I’m so grateful to them and their kind and patient help. I’m also excited for this opportunity to build my credit to perfection. I am so happy they gave me a chance to rebuild my life. My wife and I called and spoke with several lots and they all gave us the run around. Byrider however was a different experience from the time we walked in their door. Fast, friendly service and truly willing to work with any credit. One car is totaled and one is in the shop so these guys really came through for us! We really appreciated that! I would highly recommend them! Not only did they get us rolling but they got us rolling in the car we really wanted! Thanks so much Byrider! We will definitely be back!!!

I walked in right before closing and Amber and Franchesca were still so patient with us! They got us into the vehicle we wanted once again and their customer service was awesome! We love Byrider! A lot of lots won't do what they do!! Will definitely be returning!

The staff was fantastic ! They made the process seamless and easy for me to get a car ! I am grateful and pleased with the service ! Car drives well and I’m happy I went there.

Shout out to all of my people that took care of me today at JD Byrider and put me in my new suv!!!! Annes , Adrien, Francesca, Tina and any other staff that I may have engaged with while I was there. The team at Jd Byrider provided a 1 stop shop for me today. All I had to do was get comfy, and wait to be called in to go over the next part of the process. I enjoyed my coffee and read a magazine while intermittently getting called in to fill out documents etc….. It was seamless. I am in a beautiful suv that I love and to Top it off, they report to all 3 major credit bureaus so if you are looking for a second chance and are working on building or establishing credit. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed!!!!

Joe & his team were awesome to work with. After not having a car for a yr, they worked with me and I was able to drive home in my own car that day. I cannot express enough gratitude for them for helping me. My sister will also be going to them soon to update her car. Started out on a bad note. We were not on same page. However, I managed to delete a few things. I am sorry some of you thought I was going after Joe. You know if I was I would have said so! Joe, is a good fellow! I can call him today and he would talk to me. Some of you people are unreasonable about blaming him. I personally wish I could give him a raise because even if I called him today madder than a wet hen....he would still talk to me. Why ? Because that is the way Joe is. He does not hide when it comes to confrontation. He will do his best to solve a problem. But anyway, a big thank you to those mechanics there... they fixed the transmission and put us back on the road. Ii wish we could always have this warranty. It did 100 percent what it was to do..

So, there are a lot we loved about our experience. Anas, Yvonne, Fran and Joe were SO very helpful. They were not only quick to help get us get into a good vehicle, but one that was the right price AND big enough for all of our family to fit. They made sure we were 210% happy with it before moving forward with the process. Definitely will be return customers for us and our children as well.

Joe is an amazing guy. My credit wasn’t the greatest, life happened. Joe helped me get into a dodge avenger with a payment I could afford and my credit score is up 50 points after 5 months of making payments! Definitely see Joe if you decide to come here. He’s very personable and builds relationships with his customers.

Joe is an awesome dude and the customer service was amazing. My credit was not the best and I told him my story and told him I just need someone to give me a chance and that’s exactly what he did.

Had a great experience with Panama City Byrider! Everyone was great! Worked very hard and fast to get me into the car I wanted! Joe, Amber, Brandy Fran, and Anas were great and helped explain and break everything down to where I understood it ! Best experience when dealing with a car!
