Some of the best folks around here to do business with. I’ve purchased several vehicles from them and each time they have treated me like family. The service department is outstanding! They have always kept me informed about what is going on with my car. They really do care about their customers and after years of doing business with them I can still say they have always gone above and beyond to make sure that I’m taken care of no matter what. James at the body shop It's fantastic. I got in an accident and they fixed my car and then it looked great. Unfortunately I got in another accident. Someone else hit me right after I got all of this done and he had to go back and fix it all over again. But both times he is professional and nice and the people fixing my car are so wonderful and it looks brand new. I won't go to anybody else to get my body work done

It's not about how fast they get you in and out. Their service department is honest and strive to make all of their relationships into one of the ones you don't mind keeping. If you don't own a lincoln, no problem. They will not think lesser of you. That is true equality in business.

I really like Bay Lincoln, I brought my 2016 from them in 2017. Just trade it in 2023. The sale man said I am going to bless you, and he did. Thank you.

I am a loyal Lincoln customer and once again my decision to buy a Lincoln has paid off. My Lincoln’s service engine light came on and the vehicle was acting up in the evening. Not only did my Lincoln APP rescue my car, but the local Lincoln dealer rescued Me!!!!! Keith Faile and Curt Trexler are two hero’s and awesome gentlemen that work at Bay Lincoln! They picked me up at my location almost at closing time and made sure I got home safely. I am always treated well at the service department and the staff is exceptional whenever my car is there. I would highly recommend dealing with them.

I made an appointment with Bay Lincoln after being referred there by several people. I really wasn't sure what kind of car I wanted or if I could get financed but after meeting with Josh, he assured me that he would do all he could to get me driving a new vehicle. He answered all my questions, cleared up any concerns I had, and put me on the road in a new car the same afternoon! Bay Lincoln has the best people. I have bought 2 challengers from them My last a HELLCAT. The service department is awesome the only service department my car goes to. I was in a small accident and they handled everything for my HELLCAT. Ask for TODD if you need their best salesman and ask for ASHLEY if you need service. These are my go to people

I recently purchased a 2022 Mitsubishi outlander. I was wanting an s u v that was economical, mid size, and looked nice. Todd Mixon introduced me to the outlander and he won me over. I have bought several cars from Todd and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. . He is professional, friendly and he doesn’t pressure you into buying. . I would recommend todd Mixon at bay cars 10 times over. When you meet Todd you have a friend for life.

Unfortunately I love tapped a guard rail aaanndd a curb in my new 2020 Ram and was a a smidge upset about it to say the least. I’ve used Bay dodge body shop in the past on my 2014 Ram and they worked everything through my insurance and the work came out great! Of course I decided to use them for this truck as well and I could have been more happy with the results. They resurfaced all 4 rims and painted them and fixed the entire drivers side back to showroom quality, couldn’t have been more happy. Side note a week after getting my truck back it was hit in my driveway by a drunk driver and only had one place I would take it for the repairs! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They did a beautiful job on my hood! Not only that but they cleaned the inside and out of my car. It looks way better then it did before my wreck. Thank you Dawn! You and the rest of the shop are awesome 😁😁😁

Just go to Jeff Gainer he's amazing. Only reason why they get a 5 star. He truly cares about his customers and thinks of them. We were looking for another car for my husband and he didn't have to call me, but he did and said hey I have something here your husband might like. The service department well .. that's another store :X

My car was in an accident back in July 2020. Shortly after that I was diagnosed with Covid and upon recovering from Covid had some other medical issues. This led to me having to postpone with Bay Lincoln repairing my car repeatedly. I was finally able to take my car in for repair the second week of March. Through the entire eight month long process Erica at Bay Lincoln was very patient with me and worked with me. After I dropped my car off, Erica kept in contact with me on the progress of my car. She made a very difficult time flow seamlessly for me! The car looks great and I recommend Bay Lincoln and Erica as a customer advocate with the highest of stars!!
