Nice beach with soft sand, great for building sand sculptures. Plenty of room to spread out and set up canopies. There are clean air conditioned bathrooms/changing rooms. Plenty of metered parking by kiosk or mobile app. Make sure you park in a marked spot and pay though or you WILL be ticketed ($35-50 ticket). There are no lifeguard stations, but there are beach patrols by jeep regularly. Great calm, warm waters. Family friendly, but great for all ages. Saw a dolphin near shore but unfortunately didn't have my camera with me in the water.

This beautiful little park was just what I needed after getting lost in the area. Quiet and peaceful plus a great view of the ocean. Parking is limited but if you get in, it's worth the time you have to feel the sea breeze brush across you for the loss of reality.

Stumbled across this spot looking for some under $10 beach access, and discovered a hidden gem! This patch of beach is beautiful and well maintained, and was practically empty (although it was 9:30am!). Would definitely recommend, and will be back to explore more of the park!

Love Newton Park. Great facilities. Nice covered picnic area. Rest rooms & an outdoor shower to rinse off. Even a water fountain for pets.

Great beech access, got dropped right in front of beach access from Lee Tran 410. Soft beach sand but still picked up some great sea shell treasures. Awesome day on a beautiful not crowded beach with access to clean public restrooms, picnic shelter and even a few cabana covers if you get there early enough. Walking distance to a few neat eateries..

Went on a Thursday morning and found there was ample amount of parking available. The fee is $3/hour. It wasn't crowded just as many other reviews stated. It's about 3 miles down the street from the bridge. If you're looking to pass up beach activities such as jet skis and parasailing, this beach is great. Very calm and clean beach.

Great beach to take your paw babies. Diesel had the best time running, and playing on the beach, and in the water!

Really nice place with restrooms, many parking spots, a shower and foot wash, picnic tables, handicap accessible parking and ramp, and some cute and informative signs of local flora and fauna. Also, watching the sunset here was just beautiful!

Beautiful beach, nice place to spend time at beach, clean restroom and we didn't get a ticket here like we did down at the pier, the FMB app is hard to download

Even with all the hurricane issues this is still a great beach. The photos online are no longer like that unfortunately thanks to hurricane Ian, but give it time. We'll get it back how or better than it was. Nice to see people coming back to the beach.

Great beach! Beautiful location. Less crowded than many other area beaches. Really nice restroom facilities as well! Parking is limited, but we were able to get a spot after waiting for a few minutes. There is also a Publix across the street if you forgot any beach necessities.

This place was just what we were looking for. There were restrooms, a few picnic tables in the shade, a shower to wash the beautiful white sugar sand off, and parking was easy and inexpensive.
I used the app to pay for parking. It was $3 per hour and is easy to track on your phone. There were not a lot of parking stalls, but we were able to easily find one on a Monday morning. Short walk out to the beach and there was plenty of room to set up your beach gear.
Waves are small in this area and the white sand is so soft. It brushes right off like it is just dust but still doesn't get everywhere. We were able to is the shower to rinse off before leaving and the shaded picnic area it easy to sit down and have a snack and relax out of the sun cool history plaques are there to give you a bit of history while you wait for your family to rinse off.
