Just had an excellent experience with Chris Witt and his team for my new Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited purchase. He was very informative and helpful in assisting me with selecting my new suv. They were able to find the color I wanted and my preferred interior package. I had settled on a black interior because, at the time, it was only available. They went the extra mile and found one with a Gray interior color. It is exactly what I wanted. Price was very reasonable and financing was a pleasurable experience. I highly recommend purchasing from this dealership. Thanks for my new car!!

Brian in the service department is TOP KNOTCH. I have dealt with him twice in the last year and am blown away by his professionalism. Each time he helped with warranties, and the first time ordering parts. He communicates well and doesn’t keep you wondering what’s going on. I have owned a lot of cars and this is the best service I’ve ever received. He deserves a huge raise at evaluation time! I have always felt very welcome and treated with respect in this facility. The new building is very nice as well.

I have bought and traded many vehicles and this has by far been the best experience. I never thought ide be able to get out from under my previous car, but thanks to Chris Witt, I did! I was supposed to get a survey in my email, but I never received one. The dealership in my town left me high and dry when I broke down. They said they didn't have anyone to look at my car and literally said "what do you want me to do about it". I couldn't get a phone call back, no emails, no offers for a shuttle ride, nothing. I couldn't even schedule service further out. I gave up and came here. Man, I'm glad I did. These guys got my car IN AND OUT. I'm usually waiting and waiting. They actually cleaned my car when they were done too, vacuumed the front mats. Werner hyundai usually splashes water all over and and says done. I can tell the difference between the "I'm here for a paycheck" attitude and the "I actually give a crap about my job one" and they do care about their jobs here. Philip took care of me from step one and he's awesome!

Love the new digs at dealership... huge improvement, particularly with service location. My Tucson had aircon problem; repair scheduling and completion were promptly accomplished. Vehicle drop-off and pick-up processes were quite efficient; service staff was very helpful with accommodating my disability. Special thanks to my sales rep, Mr. Wyatt Metcalf, for his continuing efforts to assist me whenever I have a question about my vehicle.

Where to start? It's long but worth it. I live in Gulfport, MS. I called Chris Witt at Bay Hyundai about a vehicle they had in stock. Within four hours he had all the financial details and price figured out and we left the next day to pick it up. When we got there we signed the papers closed the deal and were out the door in 45 minutes, unbelievable! Well, when we got back to Gulfport my wife had some trouble adjusting to the vehicle and even though we tried to work through it we just couldn't. After ten days I called Chris and told him about the issues and he worked with his sales managers and they agreed to buy back our vehicle and we only had to pay $500 over the amount owed. When we arrived they treated us like gold again and after the deal was done they actually ended up giving us a refund of $1500 after the payoff. I couldn't believe it. This is not the type of treatment most customers expect from a car dealership. All I can say is they have a lifetime customer. If you are considering buying a vehicle from one of the brands they offer you couldn't find a better place in America to take your business. They say their mission is to provide an exemplary sales experience and they live up to their promise.

Gold standard customer service!! This was my first service visit to the Bay Hyundai dealership and I was blown away by the team’s professionalism and efficiency. As soon as I pulled in Amanda was there with a smile to guide me through the process. I waited in the clean , spacious waiting area where I attempting to work on my laptop. Brian, another CS rockstar, approached me and asked if I’d like a space that was quiet and offered assistance with my internet connection.
I have a Genesis vehicle so this routine maintenance is not covered under warranty at Bay Hyundai (which they were upfront about)…. I will pay out of pocket every time I need an oil change due to the friendliness and helpfulness of Brian and Amanda!

Brian and the service department at Bay Hyundai did an incredible job. Customer service was outstanding. They were able to schedule a timely appointment and service the vehicle within the same day. I really wish the Hyundai dealership located next to me was on par with Bay Hyundai.

Dylan and the crew at Bay Hyundai sales are hands down the best! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Understood my wants/needs and never once tried to push me in another direction.
Quick online search, filled out everything and next day Dylan had me in the car I wanted with the payment I needed. Never tried to sell me anything else or add anything to the purchase.
Took the time to walk me thru the app and tech on the car and finance made sure I knew how to set everything up going forward online.

My new 2024 Hyundai Kona SEL was definitely the right decision and Dylan made sure I was happy before and after.

4th Hyundai and love them. The cars have all the safety and convenience features without breaking the bank. Plus I have room to add on all the extra warranties because I like warranties. This location is beyond fabulous. My salesperson, Chris Witt, has continued taking care of me even after the purchase to make sure I'm happy. I am sending all my female relatives to him because he is a trustworthy, good ole boy who listens to all my questions with the patience of Job. He took me seriously. I enjoyed the process of buying my latest Hyundai because of Chris.

Reasons why you should go here (experience with Chris Witt):
1. No haggle required pricing- I asked what the out the door price would be, and Chris gave me the lowest price with all the rebates already included. I didn’t have to wait 20 minutes for them to “talk to their sales manager,” pay an extra premium “due to the scarcity of the car,” “oh we found an extra —— and we were able to drop it just a little,” or any other silly dealership games. The price they gave me the first time was the lowest price in the area.
2. Free delivery- I live 15 from a Hyundai dealership and I work 10 min from a different dealership. So why would I do business with someone 90 miles away from me? It cost me nothing and saved me thousands. Chris personally delivered directly to where I wanted, we were able to sign everything, and I drove off in my new car.
3. They let you breathe- I didn’t get 500 text and phone calls from Chris asking what I thought of the car or the price. Chris let you come to him instead of hounding you while you’re at work or directing a sales manager to also bother you.
4. I felt safe working with them- I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all during my car buying experience. I kept waiting for the “got ya” to pop up but it never did. What I agreed on at the beginning didn’t change as we worked out details and delivery.
5. Honesty- The biggest thing I was surprised by was Chris’ honesty. When working with dealerships, I always felt like they were trying to maximize and squeeze every penny out of me. However, Chris and I had honest conversations. We talked requirements and appropriate trim levels, we talked options and if they fit my life, and we talked trade in value. All counsel he gave me was like talking to a friend instead of a sales person.
6. Mutual respect- Generally speaking (stereotypically speaking), as female walking into the dealership, all I hear in the background is Jaws music. I didn’t get asked over and over what my husband thought, they didn’t explain things to me like I was 10, or any other insults to my intelligence or my ability to make a decision without my husband. Basically, I felt respected by Chris, and he didn’t have an ego or make me feel small.

I say all of this to say, I guess I’m buying Hyundai’s from Chris for the next few decades, I hope they continue to make great cars.

On 4/10 I traded in my 2022 altima for a 2024 Hyundai sonata. They had the exterior color I wanted but not the interior color. My salesperson Justin helped coordinate the transfer of the exact vehicle I wanted from a another dealership to the Bay County dealership. During the transfer my vehicle had little damage to the rear light bar. Life and unforseen events like this can happen and no one is perfect. The most important thing is that my salesperson Justin and Bay Hyundai made everything right and repaired it with no hassle to ensure I was completely satisfied with the purchase of my vehicle. This was by far the easiest car buying process I have ever had. Throughout the process my salesperson Justin was very knowledgeable, professional, and communicative. I felt like he had my best interests at hand never got pushy and ensured I got the best deal possible. Even the finance office was not pushy. I recommend anyone looking for their next vehicle to give Bay Hyundai a shot I believe they really care about the relationships with their customers. And most definitely track down Justin he's a professional, honest, knowledgeable, and all around great guy who has the customer in the forefront of the transaction.

Hmm, where do I start...lol? This review is all about Mr. Brian Walters. I drive just over 2 hours to Bay Hyundai when it is time to get my car serviced(very well worth the drive), and I always have a commendable experience. I've had the pleasure of working with Service Advisor Brian more than once this year, and his personable/professional approach has proven more than once that my car is always in good hands at Bay Hyundai. Throughout the service appointment process, Brian demonstrated transparency about the CDK Global system outage & how it is currently affecting all dealerships in the U.S. He most certainly reassured me that despite what's going on that I would still get my regular scheduled maintenance along with some concerns I had regarding my air filter & skid plate. Brain was also thoughtful to show me to the waiting area & directed me to the self serve coffee station that also had other beverages and snacks. Lovely setup by the way. He also directed me to a wide window area where I could sit and watch my car being worked on. He even checked in with me to provide updates on my car, things that would require service very soon, and answered any questions I had. From the moment I first started bringing my car to Bay Hyundai, I genuinely always feel a welcomed and comfortable vibe from all of the employees. I also had some engine issues awhile back and they made sure I was taken care of with a rental car. I hope that in due time when I decide to trade my car in that I get to trade it in at this location. If you are searching for a dealership in the Florida Panhandle area to get your car serviced, from me to whomever is reading this...Bay Hyundai dealership is definitely top tier and a great place to go.

Brian & Dennis (OH!) He's from Detroit made our appointments for oil changes fast and both very helpful. We will ask for them every time we go for oil changes or anything else if we need. We make the extra drive to PCB and no longer go to FWB dealership we only go to this one from now on because of them!

These people deserve 10 stars all the way around. For a little backstory, I have owned now 4 brand new Hyundai vehicles myself. My
Whole family has been with Hyundai for a few years now. I’ve never really had an issue with them until now. I have owned a 2022 Hyundai Tucson for a little over a year. (Purchased in March of 2022). This Labor Day weekend, I decided to take a trip to Florida, which is 10 hours from my home. A couple days into the vacation, that’s when it all hit the fan. My engine began shaking and then the check engine light started flashing. My Tucson only had 22,000 miles on it at the time of the incident, so it is still covered under warranty. I got the vehicle back to my condo very slowly and parked it. I then proceeded to call Hyundai roadside assistance to have the vehicle towed. I called them around 10:30pm and I was told it would be around 90 minutes before a tow truck could get to my vehicle. Around 4am when a tow truck still did not arrive, I called Hyundai again and they advised me no tow truck is available in my area and would not be available for a few more hours. Fast forward to around 8am, my vehicle was finally towed. This was on Sunday before Labor Day. Knowing Monday was a holiday, I still needed a vehicle as I was supposed to head home on Tuesday. Once again, I live 10 hours away in Indiana. I called Hyundai back on Monday, knowing it was a holiday, and they advised me there was nothing they could do. They told me it would be up to the dealership my vehicle was towed to to get me in a loaner vehicle. Being it was a holiday weekend, the service department was closed. Understandable. However, Hyundai themselves should be responsible for getting me in a loaner. The best solution they could come up with was to get a rental from enterprise and they would reimburse $60 a day. Have they seen rental prices lately? I’m 24 years old and cannot get a rental for $60. In my opinion, they should cover it all as I’m already paying $500 a month for a faulty $40k vehicle. I get things happen, but I at least needed a way to get home, which they were not helping with. The dealership my vehicle was towed to was Bay Hyundai. I inquired about my vehicle and they once again informed me service was closed and nobody could even attempt to look at my vehicle until the following day. I then inquired about trading my vehicle in to see what could be done. At first, they offered me market value for my vehicle, and I could not make it happen because I needed my pay off. This is where they went above and beyond. Craig, one of the salesmen, went to his manager and explained my situation. He agreed to payoff my current vehicle and get me in a new one. They did just that. I traded in my 2022 Tucson for a 2023 Elantra Limited. I got much better payments than I ever expected to. They went way above what I would have ever expected. I will always recommend this dealership even 10 hours away from my home. I can’t thank them enough. Thanks again, Craig and every other staff member of Bay Hyundai in Panama City, Florida. You guys are truly amazing people and I will return in the future. Every single one of you are freaking amazing and made my vacation 100 times better! I love the new car!

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with this dealership. More importantly, I'd like to specifically recognize the person who elevated that experience to an entirely new level, Brian Walters from service.

I am from Pennsylvania and was on vacation in Panama when I had an unexpected collision with my 22 Elantra. Knowing I was on vacation, Brian really put forth the effort to fast track the parts I would need, all while maintaining an already busy schedule. He sent pictures and has constant communication throughout the entire process.

Experiences like the one Brian gave me have truly furthered my confidence as to why I bought a Hyundai in the first place.

I know I thanked you many times in the store, but I just wanted to say thank you Brian, for turning a negative moment into a remarkably positive one.
