Good evening! My wife and I had an excellent experience with this dealership. We were treated with up most hospitality and kindness from everyone there. To our attention we had a great salesman Named Nick that helped leave in a brand new Mitsubishi Out Lander. He was very nice and professional through our whole visit there. Bay Mitsubishi was the best buying experience I and my wife have had in a long time we bought a Mitsubishi outlander SE from Todd mixon and we got the best deal out of four Mitsubishi dealerships at bayMitsubishi. EXCELLENT customer service. Only had a few short days to find my daughter a car before leaving for her first duty station. Trey was so patient and worked so hard to find the right car for her (as we didn’t want to settle). He was professional and knowledgeable as was his sales manager. It was a very quick and easy process. The Bay Cars team was so friendly and took great care of us. If they don’t have what you are looking for in stock, they will find it!

Anyone looking for a car go see Todd Mixon at bay cars!! They have been a blessing to us! Any idea we have they have made it happen! They are like family ! Car salesman most of the time are just flukes that want your money , and get you out of the door ! But Todd is completely different he will be up front and honest through the whole process!! Life is short drive what you want!

I recently bought a used car from there after dealing with a lemon from a California dealer for two years. Josh Frisbee was my salesman and was great. We did the deal over the phone since I live an hour away from Panama City. Dealing with the financing department was also a breeze.

The interest rate on the car I got (a 2022 Hyundai hybrid) fyi is high but that's the norm now with inflation and out of the hands of the dealership.

You have a couple of different financing options, including $1,000 or $2,000 down payments or none. (Of course, monthly payments depend on which of those options you go with).

Months after I purchased the car, it works great and I'm very satisfied. Josh Frisbee was my salesman and was excellent.

They have a good selection of cars and the customer service is prompt, fair, and transparent. Highly recommended if you're searching for cars in the Panama City area.

I have purchased 6-7 vehicles over the years at Bay Cars. The experience has always been great. Zack Miller was out salesperson and even though he’s fairly new, he went above and beyond to make sure it went smooth. This past visit was a couple days ago and after a couple test drives I needed up pulling the trigger on a new Longhorn Limited Ram 2500 with. Cummins. It’s a beast! Many other dealerships have very few options but I’ve never seen that problem here.
