Jimmy John's

I have never had a sub from Jimmy John's, no locations near my house. Stopped by at lunchtime, they were very busy - especially the drive thru. I went inside so I could study the menu choices. They have many different sandwich size choices, I always go with a small lunch so I chose the "Lil John" Tuna. It was plenty big, perfect size for me, and good value for today. All ingredients were very good, the bread, tuna and veggies- very fresh taste. Good bread, not like that other Sub place with the weird bread - you know who /;
I did not get cheese - they only have Provolone!!! Literally the most tasteless waste of calories cheese there is! (unless ripe and aged of course) at least have Swiss and American please. I had to ask for S&P, they do not put it on the sub. Service was fast but not super friendly, just blah - maybe too busy for that. I would definitely come back and try a different sandwich, Yum!

We order very frequently from this Jimmy John’s. Food is great, staff is friendly, and it’s always clean. There’s a gentleman who has taken the time to memorize our order and even asks us how our young children are doing when he sees us—nothing invasive, but he pays attention to customers in a way that shows how much he cares about people and their JJ experience. I’m not sure if he’s the franchise owner or the manager, but he’s wonderful. Clearly trickles down to his team as well.

This place is clean and welcoming. The food is Fresh meats and sandwich veggies. I give it 5 stars because it is so fresh. I enjoyed the fresh bread and meats. I would recommend it over its competitors.

We order from this location every week. The staff is amazing! They know our order by heart so if we make a mistake ordering online, they will call us! Today, they fixed a mistake that I made that, I’m sure, not many other restaurants would do. Thanks to the whole staff!

Thai chicken wrap as an unwich is incredible! That is going to be my new summer go to sandwich. So delicious!

Staff was awesome. They were great in helping me pick out a sandwich as it was my first visit. Got the Italian and it was the best sub I have had in years.

Clay, and the team have treated me like a King, for years. I just lost my loving Rottweiler, Diva, and today’s delivery came with a 3D Diva, that has to be the best gift ever. Great store with wonderful people.

My five yr old wanted a Jimmy Johns tonight (12/27/2021) because she loves the bread. After a very long and mentally draining day I got here at 8:03pm while they were closing. This was a complete mistake on MY part. However, the employees were still very polite and courteous and made my order for which I can’t say thank you enough to them. I always get great food and great service at this location and will continue to gladly give them my business. To those guys and gals who still served me, again I thank you very much for being courteous to me! Happy holidays to you all.

The person at the drive thru was extremely patient and gave me plenty time to look for the menu. They made a damn good sandwich quick too!

I have eaten at many a Jimmy Johns over the years, I have always enjoyed the simplicity and quality of their sandwiches, but I have never felt compelled to leave a review until now. This location serves the same tasty sandwiches but with top notch customer service on top. They even know my name, and I really don't go there that much. It's like Cheers but with sandwiches

Please Don't judge me, this was the first time I'd ever been to a Jimmy John's and I was very impressed. Slightly more expensive than Publix or Jersey Mike's for the quality at this establishment was excellent. the staff was very friendly and helpful and offered suggestions that greatly helped me make my sandwich perfect. Have already been back a second time and plan to visit in the future.

I had the best delivery experience ever! It was “freaky fast” and the delivery guy was amazing. He realized my cup of water was missing and offered to buy me one from the gas station next to my job. I told him “no that’s ok”, since I’m sure he had other deliveries to make. He did it anyway and came back with a huge bottle of water! Not to mention the sandwiches are super yummy. I highly recommend the # 5.

I love this Jimmy Johns locations!! I would pass all the jimmy johns in palm bay just to come to viera cause my subs be so good and fresh no matter what time i come especially when i came super early the bread was still warm i was in sub heaven they subs be on point. I was addicted to them to the point one of the employees already knew what i wanted cause I order it so much which by the way he is the best!! very good customer service and very sweet always greet me with a smile. So if you want a great sub come to this location they always on point 😀

Great experience every time we come. Definitely the cleanest Jimmy johns in the area and the best service especially from mr. Clay always a pleasure to see him. Definitely worth the drive from Palm Bay to eat here.

Every time I go to Jimmy John's Suntree location, service is top notch. Everything taste fresh. I have never been treated rudely. They are one of the few places that offer pickles in place of chips, which is a plus for me. The Kicken ranch is a must try. Bottom line, if it weren't for Jersey Mikes being so close, I think they would be busier.

Good sandwiches, prepared fresh and quickly. Kettle chips in 4 different flavors and yummy pickles too.

My husband Rich and I have been loyal visitors to this Jimmy John’s restaurant since it first opened in Suntree. The restaurant is always extremely clean. Employees are always clean, friendly and efficient. I always order a #6 unwich with extras. It is always fresh and made with all of my extras. Recently, the owner/manager, Clay, recommended I try adding pickles.....so yummy! My husband usually orders a number 4 with cheese. His sandwich is ALWAYS made to perfection as well. We LOVE having this Jimmy John’s in our neighborhood. We are always made to feel welcome and treated warmly by everyone. We just left this restaurant for dinner and once again were treated warmly, the restaurant was extremely clean and our sandwiches made to perfection. We highly recommend this Jimmy John’s to EVERYONE!
