I ordered a Fillet of fish sandwich with extra cheese, shredded lettuce and sliverer onions and I actually got it.
This is the first McDonald that actually made it like I wanted and it was fresh and hot. Fries were perfect! Hot and fresh!

We are on our first morning of spring break and ordered McDonald’s and DoorDash and our order was absolutely perfect. The food was hot. The drinks were just as they should be and it was seamless delivery. Thank you McDonald’s for your consistency.

Terrific McDonald's location. We were the first customers in the morning and they unlocked the doors for us. I had ordered online, but misunderstood what my wife had wanted and she was disappointed when they brought out the food. The lady working the counter saw her disappointment and happily gave her the sandwich that she had really wanted, even though I was the one that messed up. Everything tasted good and the service was fast and friendly.

We were only ones in the restaurant at the moment for dine in. I have not eaten inside a McDonald's in many years but I'm glad we did this time... such amazing morning greeting, wether food or past reviews were great or not, I'm not interested as today the staff at this restaurant this day and time were above and beyond and made our first morning here in Cocoa Beach very nice and welcoming

Restaurant is clean and staff are super friendly brought out our food with huge smiles 😃

P.s. they have packaged jellies. I don't know the flavours as I didn't try it but thought was cool

Best McDonald's in Brevard county! Every time I go it never fails, everything is always fresh and super good and CLEAN! They must have great management at this one!!

Locals favorite spot, always good food, if not call it to their attention and they will fix it, I’m sure, they have always been good to me. Day or night food is always fresh and the staff has been friendly. Never been any big problems here at this store.

Chelsea the manager is an absolute asset to this location. I had a minor issue with my order and she immediately offered to replace it and refund me. You just don’t find old school customer service like that in today’s world. Thank you Chelsea!

In December of 2018 this McDonald’s was remodeled and the landscape got a new look! One year later here checking on the irrigation system and it’s is working pretty good!

Mrs Rhonda at the front counter was wonderful, very kind and helpful, I will be sure to come back to this location just because of her. She was really good with our kids too. She is a very valuable member of your crew, I hope she is as appreciated as she makes us feel!

if i could give this above 5 stars i would. the employees AND managers at this mcdonald’s go above and beyond. they treat everyone with the most care and respect, and still manage to exceed that. whether you’re a local or just visiting, this is the place to go. from the bottom of my heart, i’d like to give my appreciation and gratitude to everyone at this location, thank you so much.

By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s and considering the fact that a poor experience in a different location stopped me from eating McDonald’s over 7 years ago; this one has changed my mind! I was starving and decided to go inside but not to eat just for a sweet tea. But it was CLEAN, the employees were VERY POLITE, and had patience with me. I felt like I was at a restaurant about to get a 3 course meal not at a McDonald’s.
I decided to get food and they didn’t disappoint it was fresh and delicious. Management needs praise for training such an amazing team I talked to 3 different employees and all were amazing people. Thank you for turning around a day that started off terrible

Drive thru experience was amazing. Sometimes it’s the little things. I had asked for a grilled chicken sandwich and the lovely young lady explained that they no longer have them. She was so friendly. Sorry if I seem surprised that someone at McDonald’s was friendly. The food was given in a timely manner and we were on our way. Great experience. To the young lady who rang our order. Thank you so much for your kindness.

Rainy day here in Cocoa beach but that makes the smiles and winning attitudes here at Mickey D's that much more encouraging. This is a busy store and the staff here are working like a Swiss time piece, perfectly in sync. Ordered at the kiosk and in just 4 minutes my meal was hand delivered by a smiling staffer wishing the weather would turn for some sunshine. A deluxe quarter pounder with fries and a drink. I ate peacefully watching the rain and wind play havoc and Beach crowd run for their hotel rooms!

We had a wonderful experience stopping in at this particular McDonald’s. The service was quick, food was hot, and more importantly, the people were friendly! The manager Juan was excellent in checking in with us at the end of our experience and that is not something you see often at a fast food restaurant! Great job, Juan!
