There was a bad problem with the delivery guys souch so that I felt a face to face woth the manager would be more appropriate than a phone call. I spoke to the manager fully aware that he may not believe me. He apologized profusely and assured me that the situation would be handled. It was a very calm and professional conversation. I walked out feeling relieved and impressed at his care and professionalism. Within 30 minutes the owner called me. He was very professional and allowed me to repeat the problem. He, too assured me that it would be taken care of. He took responsibility and apologized again. Things happen but an owner and manager owning up to it and making right, makes all difference. Thank you for treating me like a valued customer.

Went in to purchase a bedroom set, and a desk. The place was left completely unlocked. There was not a single employee or customer. I called the location and the VM box was full. There were customer contacts in a chair containing customer sensitive information exposed. The computers left completely exposed and logged in. I called the number listed on the door twice the second time they answered. I explained how irresponsible I though the situation was. They just told me "you know what, dont come back, I dont want your business here". The whole situation is absolutely absurd.
