Panama City rent a center is the best rent to own store I've ever done business with. Troy has been giving me great deals for a long time 10+ years. Great selection of Merchandise and great prices. Troy works hard to create and maintain great person and business relationships and as I said earlier has done so for a long time.

My Family and friends have done business with RaC for years. Fully furnished my home all the way. The Staff here are great. Troy is awesome. When my Mom passed away we needed an extra fridge for a few days. Troy got it out there right away. At the time there was a free 1st week. Troy didn't charge for us having it. Thank you to all your Staff.

So, I needed a new computer to begin a new job. I called this store and spoke with a gentleman named Kyle. Instantly I knew this person was different than most of the customer service people I have spoken to in the past. This young man listened and genuinely seemed to care about my dilemma! I have been involved in customer service my entire adult life and I can assure you that this was an exceptional example of the right way to handle every guest that calls your business or walks through your doors. They did not have the product that I needed so but I was able to get what I needed because Kyle searched other locations to find what I was looking for. Well done, Kyle!!

My family and I have been dealing with Troy for years. Him and his team are awesome. We won't go anywhere else. They are always willing to help anyway they can.

Excellent customer service. Have worked with manager Troy to put a stove in a rental beach unit and have appreciated their professionalism, prompt service, and attention to customer care. Will continue to use in the future for any rental needs. Definitely recommend with five stars.

So I bought a washing machine from this location and their delivery drivers came in and helped get it installed and made sure it was working properly before they left. Keith told me that if I needed anything to just let them know and they would come out and take care of it. It’s hard to find places that have employees that still know what it’s like to have good customer service. Thank you guys!

We are renting a couch from rent a center we are working w troy, he is awesome and went to extensive levels to help us find the couch we wanted and explained to him.. wish he had more air conditioners in stock!!! Lol but he is friendly and personable and makes my husband and I feel like we have know him forever :) will continue to do business here :)

Great place to do business with. I have been shopping there with Troy since the 90s and still doing business with them. They have always helped me with all my needs and just a great environment and staff make it a pleasurable place to shop. Thanks for all the years and look forward to many more!!

I went in there to get a couch and loveseat, and Troy hooked me up. Anytime I need something, I know I can count on them to help me out. I won't go nowhere else. I never have any issues, everyone is nice and friendly. Thanks for the great customer service.

Riley and Kyle has gone above and beyond to make my shopping needs easy as can be. I had an issue with the couch we got from the 23rd st store, and the guy got me my new couches delivered in a matter of hours.way to go 15th street crew. You guys are amazing.

I have been with rent a center for along time troy is the best he is awesome he takes care of u helps u with arrangements if needed he is just awesome. The store is clean. They always say something to u when u walk thru the door. After hurricane troy made sure everything got replaced this store is the place to go ask for troy he will help u get what u need
