10 out of 10 recommend! So went in to buy a PS4 and AirPods yesterday. The AirPods worked great however the PS4 did not. It was humming and kept shutting off. I don’t buy from Pawn Shops often because I was always lead to believe they are shady but I was recommended to this place by an acquaintance. I understand these kinda places don’t usually do refunds or swaps and I felt gutted. Instantly ASSUMED I got tricked. Couldn’t have been anymore wrong! As a single mom, money doesn’t come easy for the extra things in life but I would stop at nothing to get my son the gaming system he wanted. Anyways, when we realized the PS4 didn’t work properly it was already after hours and the shop was closed. I ended up messaging their FB page thinking I wouldn’t get an answer until the next day but lo and behold, quick reply. They apologized and said they would swap it out no problem. They didn’t question me, all i received was sincere apologies and whatever they could do to make it right. What sense of a relief ! Went by this morning and swapped it out and the new one is actually better (was little higher priced and newer) and I wasn’t charged any difference in the prices. Honestly, this brought tears to my eyes because now days it’s hard to find establishments that actually put their customers above the might dollar. This place really earned my respect and I will now go out of my way to return the favor and recommend this place to EVERYONE and continue to give them my business. I never had a reason to shop at a pawn shop before but now I’m looking for any reason to give this place my business! Thanks again!!! **Also let me add the two guys that were working in store were very helpful, very polite, professional and knowledgeable! Good group of guys!

Was recently in the shop to see if some jewelry I found metal detecting was real - staff was very courteous and professional and helped me out tremendously.. I will be back again - Thanks

I lost my wedding band the other night & really couldn’t afford a new one. I came up here on my lunch break & ended up finding a replacement that looks like it matches my engagement ring perfectly. What made it even better was the friendliness of the staff & GREAT price the salesman gave me! They’ll DEFINITELY get my business again!

Alamo Money Mart is by far the best pawn shop in Bay County. The owners and their staff are always so friendly and treat their customers like family. They always have great inventory with the best prices. I refer all my my friends and family to Alamo because I know they will be treated right!

I bought a shotgun from the guys last week. The guys where great to deal with, the price was fair, and the gun is top notch. I have not had the best experiences with pawn shops in the past, but these guys are different they have good customer skills. I will go there again when I want to buy another firearm, straight up guys.

The guys at the store are great. Very smooth transaction and one of the cheaper FFL’s in town. Will definitely have my firearms sent to them to pick up when ordering online!

I used to come to this shop even before the hurricane and loved them, tommy would make my kids laugh they made me and my family feel welcome as their own. They have great prices, friendly workers and are knowledgeable about their products they sell.
